“Our investigation led us to the IDCACA site, which the cybersecurity firm CloudSEK associates with a large network of false documents. This group of fraudsters allegedly sold more than 6,500 fake driver's licenses in Canada and the United States between 2023 and 2025.
The network is said to be linked to a suspect based in the Xiamen region of Fujian province, southeast China. We tried to get an interview with an IDCACA manager after the purchase of our forged permits, but our request remained without response.”
