Down to my lowest weight since 21 (228 lbs at 6’4”) and down to 27% body fat from well over 45% at my biggest years ago. Been working with ChatGPT to design some workouts for my goals and I thought it might be fun to see what I might look like at 15% body fat and a trip to Turkey

When my younger son was about 12 he decided he needed me to stop telling him stories about meeting members of the various bands he was listening to. "Dad, these stories you tell us, I'm sure were really important moments in your life, and you should be proud of them, but you know sometimes it takes the magic out of the music." Last week he's driving me to the airport and he decides to play me Jason Molina. I let him tell me all about Songs:Ohia, Magnolia Electric Company and The Sojourner Series. I didn't say a word. I hate to be that guy, but between this, Peltola leading in most of her polls in Alaska, and Sand being up by 5 in Iowa, its pretty obvious that moderates are in fact, more electable. If we got some progressive saying wacky shit this race would be a grueling tossup right now…

I figured out a thin crust pizza with lots of meat and cheese doesn’t destroy my blood sugar and now it’s all I’m eating. Diabetes and ARFID is a rough combo.
How exciting there’s a shot now for PrEP! No daily pill just every two months go in for a shot. There’s an even better one that goes 6 months but it’s very new and not on my insurance yet but I’m quite happy with this.
Had no idea AHF was everywhere. Getting my tests done and think I’m gonna get on PrEP today. Long overdue.
