That’s why we will not allow people like you import it into Yorubaland.
You cannot support salafism, Wahabi doctrines and sharia law in a secular society and be acting like you are against terrorism.
May your likes never amount to anything in Yorubaland with your radical ideology and agenda.

I think we’re so starved for representation and recognition on foreign platforms/stages that we rush to celebrate everything even when we’re the joke. I might be hyper sensitive but I personally I’m never thrilled at caricature portrayals of Nigerian culture or Nollywood. I get why people find it funny and if we were in a global media landscape that was flush with portrayals of Nigerians or our culture with excellence, I might find it enjoyable.

Babajide Sanwo-Olu, governor of Lagos, says politicians in Abuja are unwilling to support the state’s demand for special status despite its historical significance and contribution to Nigeria’s economy.
Speaking at the Financial Times Africa Summit in London at the weekend, Sanwo-Olu said the federal government is supporting Lagos through infrastructure projects and reforms but could do more to address the state’s peculiar needs.
