Then Prince Charles predicted in 2009 that the world had “less than 100 months to alter our behaviour before we risk catastrophic climate change” and the accompanying “unimaginable horrors”.🤦♂️
Come 2017 things were the same and remain so.
Al Gore, John Kerry, and Greta Thunberg predicting the Arctic Ice would be gone by 2014.🤦♂️

Tony Blair saying: “The consequences for our planet are literally disastrous… without radical international measures to reduce carbon emissions within the next 10 to 15 years.” 🤦♂️
20 years later things are still the same.
Most laughable of all:
Gordon Brown predicting in 2009 that we had only 50 days left to save the planet.🤦♂️
Guess what?🤔 We are still here.
Now this man got it right - spectacularly so.
Nigel Lawson (the former Chancellor) said that the climate-change religion would “breed an intolerance with dissent and reasoned argument... both unattractive and dangerous”
Nigel also said governments, especially British ones, would “get so carried away by their own rhetoric as to impose measures which do serious harm to their economies”
Nigel also said he specifically predicted that a renewables-obsessed West would dump its own gas production and storage and become dependent on gas from Vladimir Putin. He also pointed out how we would pay much more for intermittent renewable energy than we had for reliable fossil fuels.
Why was one man so right and the majority so wrong?

🚨 BREAKING: Former Tory candidate who was suspended over contract killer claims worked in Kemi Badenoch’s office as a consultant.
• Jack Ross, a former Conservative local election candidate, has had his party membership suspended with immediate effect pending an investigation.
• He was filmed by an undercover reporter for an Al Jazeera documentary apparently discussing the cost of hiring people to carry out violent acts, including asking “What do you want done?” and listing options that could be arranged for money.
• Police in Scotland say they will review the documentary for any potential criminality.
• It has emerged that Ross worked in 2025 as a junior social media consultant in the office of Conservative leader Kemi Badenoch, which can draw on taxpayer funds. Sources close to her confirmed the external contract role.
• Ross has denied the allegations, saying his remarks were not meant to be taken seriously.

Well done, London. Labour seems to have forgotten the £65 million National Grooming Gangs Inquiry into institutional failures, or the EHRC investigation under Jeremy Corbyn, which found Labour responsible for unlawful antisemitic harassment and discrimination.
Meanwhile, the Liberal Democrats have admitted unlawful religious discrimination against a Christian candidate and face a substantial damages claim. And let’s not forget Ed Davey’s role as Postal Affairs Minister during the Post Office Horizon scandal, or the approximately £275,000 he subsequently earned advising a law firm.
Those with dirty hands should think twice before pointing fingers.
