Israel’s elections, where Arab citizens vote equally alongside Jews and all other Israelis, demolish the simplistic, fraudulent “apartheid” narrative. So the goalposts move: Why can’t Palestinians in Gaza and the West Bank vote in Israeli elections? Apartheid!
Suddenly, Palestinians don’t want sovereignty or statehood anymore. Recognition of Palestine by the UK, France and dozens of other countries? Irrelevant. Palestine’s UN status? Irrelevant. The Palestinian Authority, President Abbas, Palestinian elections? Scrap them all!
What Palestinians REALLY want, apparently, is to be Israelis, governed by Israeli law and voting in Israeli elections. Forget Palestinian self-determination! At least for today.
It’s always the same. Whichever argument serves the immediate need to condemn Israel wins the day, no matter how contradictory or intellectually bankrupt.

Look at Gaza/Palestine with 120 the “least amount of deaths” where supposedly a genocide is happening but with “the most coverage.”
Nigeria had 451 deaths nearly 4 times that of Gaza but received ZERO HEADLINES and they receive $730 MILLION in American taxpayer dollars FY2025.
Somalia had 194 deaths, 74 murders than Gaza and receives ZERO HEADLINES and they received $498 MILLION in American taxpayer dollars FY2025.
Gaza receives way more headlines, coverage, and attention than Ukraine and they had 6202 deaths in September alone and it’s not considered a GENOCIDE. Nobody’s marching in the streets, protesting, and rioting around the world for Ukrainians.
Ethiopia had the 4th largest deaths at 609 and coverage is AGAIN surpassed by Gaza and they received $920 MILLION in American taxpayer dollars in FY2025. None of people talking about Gaza care that the tax dollars are getting to extremists and funding their atrocities.

There are still plenty of people who think the likes of me are exaggerating the extent to which woke ideology has infiltrated our governing classes and cultural institutions. But that’s because they’re simply not paying enough attention.
Take the National Poet of Wales. You might imagine the position would be occupied by someone called Dafydd Jones or Rhys Williams. But no. The current holder is Hanan Issa, a Welsh-Iraqi poet who became the first Muslim to hold the title in 2022. A milestone of enormous significance, naturally, to the identity-politics and diversity brigade.
Last week, she was supposed to read a specially commissioned poem in front of the King and Queen at the ceremonial opening of the Senedd in Cardiff.
But there was a problem. Her poem was rejected.
Why? Because instead of writing something appropriately apolitical for a historic ceremonial occasion, she’d produced an ideological tract about Gaza, fascism and so-called trans healthcare.

And while I don’t know what criteria were used to appoint Ms Issa in the first place, the whole episode raises an uncomfortable question about the priorities of our cultural institutions: are we celebrating literary excellence, or are we more interested in ticking diversity boxes?

Half the world is so badly infected by Jew-hate that it accepts this decision and then gives the judge a Nobel prize. If the infection were not so severe, Pillay would have been laughed at for ruling that an army is guilty of genocide because it knew that people would die if it went to war.
I’ve just read Navi Pillay’s UN Human Rights Council report that accuses Israel of the g-word.
The report, published in September 2025, helped persuade the Norwegian Nobel Committee to award Pillay the 2026 Nobel Peace Prize.
It is hard to overstate the stupidity contained in the report.
Here are some sentences that I just read:
“Based on the above, the Commission finds that the Israeli security forces were aware that their military operations since 7 October 2023 would cause the deaths of Palestinians in Gaza. Furthermore, considering the duration of the military operations and reports of high numbers of deaths, it is reasonable to find that the Israeli authorities knew of the high numbers of casualties in Gaza since 7 October 2023. Nevertheless, Israeli authorities did not intervene to change the means and methods of warfare employed; on the contrary, the military operations persisted over time and caused even more Palestinian deaths. The Commission therefore finds that the Israeli authorities intended to kill as many Palestinians as possible through its military operations in Gaza since 7 October 2023 and knew that the means and methods of warfare employed would cause mass deaths of Palestinians, including children.”
I'm neither Jewish nor am I a Zionist. I have Jewish friends and I am old school when it comes to violence against women. 7.10 broke my heart for what ordinary Gazan men did to Israeli women. Every day since then has broken my heart for what ordinary Western people have done to Jews. When it finally clicks that you were faced with a movement of men trying to forcefully break down women's boundaries, and you proudly stood with the men, that will be on you.
For me, it was when the half-naked mutilated corpses of Jewish women were paraded through the streets of Gaza and as many ordinary Gazan men who could fit into those streets came out to defile those dead women. That day, Gazans showed themselves to be as subhuman as it is possible to be.
