The map's red line does not correspond to the official boundary for North Sea oil and gas which is a line of latitude at 55°50'N. Jackdaw at 56°54'N is north of this line in the Scottish sector. legislation.gov.uk/uksi/1987/2197… en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jackdaw_g… marine.gov.scot/information/sc…

His head was cut off for walking past Walkers in Bridgeton Cross. Interestingly no one saw the attack.
On October 7, 1995, Celtic fan Mark Scott and his friends were returning from the match at Partick Thistle (Celtic's 2-1 victory) when he was the victim of a fatal attack by a Rangers "fan" crossing Bridgeton Cross. YOU'LL NEVER WALK ALONE MARK #Celtic #CelticFC #COYBIG 🍀🇮🇪☘️

Paddy, I read it very differently, extraordinary way to describe a community increasingly insisting on equality. “Ascendant”, “triumphalist”, “arrogant”, “condescending” — perhaps the real difficulty is that nationalism is no longer prepared to behave like the deferential minority it once was expected to be. For generations, nationalists lived in a state where British identity, symbols and institutions dominated public life, while contentious Orange parades could become enormous political confrontations when nationalist residents said no. Now nationalists have political power, cultural confidence and an expectation that their identity carries exactly the same legitimacy as British and unionist identity. That’s not supremacy. That’s equality. And equality doesn’t require nationalists to forget discrimination, the Troubles or the experiences that shaped their communities simply because they’re no longer politically powerless. Having greater political influence today doesn’t retrospectively erase history. There is also a revealing contradiction here. When unionists confidently celebrate Britishness, the Union, the Orange tradition and their constitutional aspirations, we’re told that’s culture and identity. When nationalists confidently celebrate Irishness, the GAA, their language and their constitutional aspiration, suddenly it’s “ascendant”, “triumphalist” and “arrogant”. Both communities are entitled to their identity. Both are entitled to advocate peacefully for their preferred constitutional future. Neither possesses a right to dominate the other. And perhaps that’s the adjustment some people are struggling with, Nationalism isn’t demanding that unionism kneel. It’s increasingly refusing to kneel itself. If that feels like supremacy, perhaps what Bailey is actually noticing is what equality looks like when the people who once had less power finally expect to be treated as equals.

Ohh Jim, Jim, Jim Jim Jim, this is a fascinating new constitutional principle you’ve discovered, if a politician believes a law or legal framework is wrong and campaigns against it, they have no respect for the rule of law. Does that principle apply retrospectively to you? You spent years opposing the Northern Ireland Protocol, despite it being given legal effect by the sovereign UK Parliament, the parliment you tell us you adore, You didn’t simply say, “That’s the law, therefore I must respect it.” You challenged its legality and constitutionality all the way to the UK Supreme Court. When the Parades Commission, exercising powers given to it by law, made determinations you disagreed with, you didn’t tell unionists to quietly accept them either. In 2013 you called one determination a “farcical Parades Commission decision”, demanded that the Commission be abolished, and argued that the law should instead presume in favour of traditional Orange routes. And perhaps we should go further back. In 1985 you attended the first major meeting of the United Ulster Loyalist Front, established amid opposition to police rerouting of loyalist parades. The organisation had UDA involvement, including senior UDA figure John McMichael on its coordinating committee. Then in 1986 you helped organise the rally inaugurating the Ballymena battalion of Ulster Resistance. You marched at the head of hundreds of loyalists, contemporary accounts describe many wearing paramilitary, style uniforms and some wearing masks, before pledging your “personal support” for Ulster Resistance. You even complained that the RUC had tried to prevent the procession reaching the meeting and celebrated the colour party getting into town another way. So let’s dispense with the rewriting of history. When Jim Allister believed laws, institutions or government arrangements were wrong, he opposed them, protested against them, challenged them in court and campaigned to have them changed or abolished. And he was entitled to do so. Because the rule of law does not require citizens or politicians to believe every law is just. There is a fundamental difference between saying “this law is wrong and I will oppose it” and saying “the law does not apply to me.” If Michelle O’Neill is alleged to have committed an offence, investigate it and let the legal process determine that. But spare everyone the suggestion that simply opposing a law demonstrates contempt for the rule of law. Because by that newly invented standard, Jim, your own political history, from opposition to parade restrictions and the Anglo-Irish Agreement through Ulster Resistance, the Protocol and beyond, would make for some remarkably uncomfortable reading. Opposing laws and institutions you disagreed with was called political principle when you did it. It cannot suddenly become constitutional anarchy when Michelle O’Neill does it.

Jamie, are you seriously lecturing an entire community about “supremacism” and being “above the law”? It would be hilarious if the rhetoric weren’t so poisonous for Christs sake You were convicted of possessing an extendable baton and later convicted over FOUR unnotified processions, convictions you unsuccessfully appealed. Yet apparently Jamie has appointed himself NI’s very own Professor of Law and Order Then we get the sermon about “hatred” from someone with an astonishing blind spot when the terrorism happens to be loyalist. You have defended the proposition that the UVF were not terrorists, characterised loyalist paramilitary violence as “counter terrorism”, and repeatedly attended a commemoration for UVF commander Robert “Squeak” Seymour. I am sure the victims and families of UVF terroism would welcome knowing that the UVF were engaged in “counter terrorism” rather than terrorism That’s quite the CV from which to deliver lectures on extremism. And what exactly is this supposed “nationalist supremacism”? Nationalists having equal political power? Residents saying no? Unionism discovering that “we demand it” no longer automatically means “we get it”? That’s not supremacy, Jamie. That’s equality The giveaway is always the same, when unionism doesn’t get precisely what it wants, you portray compromise as surrender, equality as persecution and nationalism as some existential threat. Perhaps the problem isn’t that “unionism must give and nationalism must get”. Perhaps it’s that the old days when unionism could simply dictate and nationalism was expected to know its place are gone. Nobody gets to dominate NI anymore. And if equality feels like oppression, perhaps examine the sense of entitlement rather than screaming “supremacism” at everyone else. A convicted lawbreaker with a remarkable penchant for sanitising the UVF preaching about the rule of law and nationalist “hatred” isn’t political analysis. It’s self-parody.

As a pilot for 20 years I have questions: - where are the cabin crew here? - where are the oxygen masks that automatically drop during a rapid emergency descent? - how did the Capt manage to open the door while being stabbed? - Omani pilots were not allowed to fly to Israel, why was he allowed? - how did the offending pilot get a weapon onboard? - why has this happened so close to elections? - how are passengers walking around while apparently in a nosedive? - who else was injured? Nose dives cause significant g force incidents - why is there two perfectly positioned people recording the incident and not helping? - why did a plumber take control and not the 2 pilots onboard who would certainly know when an aircraft was in a nosedive? - why was the plumber speaking in English to Bibi after the flight - why was he still in his blood soaked clothes 8 hours after the incident False Flags have been a very effective mechanism to influence public opinion Hitler burnt down the Reichstag just before his parliament elections and he won the election…changing the course of history. A full and independent investigation should be carried out here. Hopefully independent journalist will be allowed to view this too.

*******GARVAGHY ROAD - FRIDAY MORNING UPDATE: *************** 👁️‍🗨️ The Drumcree Talks collapsed at 12.30am this morning after hours of talks. No resolution was found. The Secretary of State, Chris Bryant, has said that "conversations had now ended". 👁️‍🗨️ On Monday, there will be a High Court Appeal by the Garvaghy Road Residents coalition. 👁️‍🗨️ Tomorrow afternoon (Saturday) a huge Rally of Support is being organised on the Garvaghy Road at 3pm. Many thousands from all over the island of Ireland, are expected to attend. 👁️‍🗨️ International Support for the Garvaghy Road residents has contined to pour in from around the World. 14 Members of the USA Congress (both Democrat & Republican) have issued a letter to the British Government telling them to prohibit the Orange March. 👁️‍🗨️ A letter signed by hundreds of prominent local Protestants has been issued, calling on the Orange Order to end their Drumcree Parade. 👁️‍🗨️ Artists & musicians continue to arrive on the Garvaghy Road to show their support for residents. 👁️‍🗨️ Unionism is now paying a very heavy price for their bizarre liaison with Loyalist Jamie Bryson. This has been a spectacular own goal for Unionism and has damaged their image on a Global basis... 👁️‍🗨️ Pat Sheehan of Sinn Fein went on BBC's The View last night and defended the use of peaceful Civil Disobedience. "We will stand shoulder-to-shoulder with the residents of the Garvaghy Road...". More updates will follow today. Thank you everybody for your support. 🟢 NO GOING BACK 🟢 NO SECOND CLASS CITIZENS

100%.
Here’s another major point that the media haven’t particularly highlighted when it comes to Drumcree. There is another route available to the Orange Order to return “home”, but they refuse to take it because it doesn’t provide the same element of triumphalism.
