Part 1 of the book over eight chapters analyses the constitutionally corrosive impact of the Belfast Agreement, the Irish Sea border and nationalism’s relentless targeting of unionist/loyalist culture from Drumcree (which is the focus of an entire chapter as a case study on parading) to the more recent attack on the flying of Union flags and bonfires. It further devotes a chapter to illuminating the political agenda behind nationalism’s divisive Irish Language campaign. There is a detailed chapter contribution by Ulster University academic Dr Cillian McGrattan (writing in a personal capacity) who, using legacy as a case study, presents a clinical evidence-based exposure of the ‘greening’ of academia and how a small cohort of nationalists have managed to completely control academic output and skew it to suit nationalism’s political agenda. The book also looks at the structural bias within much of the professional class- in particular within media and the legal profession-and how this has been influenced by a strategic nationalist insurgency to ‘green’ important opinion-forming institutions. Importantly, Part 2 of the book in three chapters provides the tools for fighting back, explaining the basic outline of Human Rights law and Judicial Review, and how this can be used to defend and advance unionist/loyalist rights. Culture War is also now available in a number of local shops, and can be purchased in both paperback and hardback directly via Amazon which is the easiest place to order: amzn.eu/d/02HSqtXG

1,712 Protestants have sent a letter to the Secretary of State. These Protestants are every bit as important as the celebrity cast of ‘nationalist’ Protestants who supported the Garvaghy mob.

"Sell United and f*k off home" sing MUFC fans, the only good thing about the club right now. And it's right. The Glazers have made their money many times over for 21 years. Fans never wanted it and that takeover should never have been allowed. Do the right thing: sell up and go.

💙 Today we remember all those who fought for our freedom and who made the ultimate sacrifice. Leading the teams on to the pitch today are veterans Gary Goodfellow and William Tan. Two sailors, two soldiers and two airmen will assist in today’s act of Remembrance as we remember all those who have paid the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty. In remembrance of the fallen, we are wearing a unique poppy strip to pay our respects to all those who have made the ultimate sacrifice for their country.

There was a time when the Newsletter, a once proud unionist paper, would have been at the forefront. It now spends its time attacking unionism to try & win support from the social media & latte drinking elite bubble! It’s really sad for many of the great journalists who work there, a number of whom are aghast at what is going on.
A big protest at Drumcree last night, but the News Letter’s website leads with the Ulster Orchestra’s dance moves. While politicians play footsie over Drumcree, Rodney Edwards wants you to know he’s keeping his finger on the cultural pulse. If he keeps that up as editor, he’ll not be keeping time. He’ll be calling time.

Addressing thousands of people who gathered in Portadown for an Orange Order parade and rally last night, DUP Upper Bann MP Carla Lockhart said: “Michelle O’Neill must go. That’s where I stand and this lady’s not for turning.” More here: itv.com/news/utv/2026-10-25/…

I didn’t see Emma there last night? Nor did I see Bro. Gavin Robinson? This is about more than a parade now, it’s about law and order being upheld, it’s about those in government being lawbreakers! Emma and Gavin are facilitating a law breaker being First Minister!
A stormy and cold night, but sending a strong message. People are rightly angry at the behaviour of those who have thumbed their nose at law and have defied the decisions of the parades commission, the courts and the PSNI. We are all deeply proud of our traditions and give them our absolute support- we have been deeply hurt and angered by the abuse and hatred our traditions, identity and culture has had to endure. Well done to all the bands and those who participated, and in such a dignified way. The lawful behaviour of the Orange and all those who support them is in stark contrast to those who opposed and oppose them.

Sinn Fein- like programmed bots- all posting identically on social media telling us “Michelle O’Neill is going nowhere”. They seem to think it’s their decision.

That would be the same Colin Harvey - an Irish State Councillor, Professor of Human Rights Law at QUB and Irish Human Rights and Equality Commissioner - who is on record refusing to say if the IRA’s terrorist campaign was justified or justifiable.

DUP MP Carla Lockhart has insisted she will not back down in her demand for First Minister Michelle O’Neill to leave office. It comes as thousands gathered in Portadown on Saturday evening for a major Orange Order parade and rally over the Drumcree dispute. More here: itv.com/news/utv/2026-10-25/…

Last night around 15,000 ordinary decent people stood peacefully and lawfully in defence of the rule of law, and to send a clear message we will be second class citizens no more. Nationalist supremacism is finished. The law abiding people who stood last night can be contrasted with the hate-filled, sectarian and lawless mob made up of armed dissident republicans, PIRA, common criminals and SF/SDLP.

The mob, to be contrasted with ordinary decent people standing lawfully last night.
Police chiefs feared any potential dissident gun attack on the Garvaghy Road would have involved old Provisional IRA weaponry, plunging the political process into crisis. Read more: tinyurl.com/2aus3mfy

Despite her senior colleagues downplaying the chances of Carla Lockhart leaving, she appears to be preparing to walk over Drumcree. Almost a decade ago, her party had 10 MPs. It now has half that number. And if 5 becomes 4, the DUP enters the danger zone. belfasttelegraph.co.uk/comme…

To all the naysayers. To all those who viscerally ripped the back out of us all publicly, and particularly those- including some in high public office- who ran their mouth off privately (but now have the absolute cheek, despite never having attended Drumcree once, to try jump on the bandwagon): you got your answer last night. It’s you who just couldn’t hear the beat of the drum. You lost touch. The trappings of power and office will do that to you. Proud to have stood with Portadown District, not only when it was popular. 🇬🇧

She’ll be out on her ear soon enough. Not even the DUP leadership can save her now. They’ve got the message tonight.
It’s NOT for Jamie Bryson, the DUP or the Orange Order to decide who the First Minister is. The people across the north decided Michelle O’Neill should be their First Minister. Michelle is going nowhere. There is no going back to the days of ‘no nationalist need apply’.
