🗣️ “That was probably one of the best games I've been involved in. It was really nice to be a part of it. And that to top it off, to score a winner like that, was amazing." Alex's full presser ➡️ bit.ly/4eQdFWE #CityAsOne | @alexrobertson03

Alex Robertson scores a 90+4' special winner in a 5-4 epic vs Burnley in The Championship.
Alex Robertson - Mentality 💪🏾⚽️ An unfortunate O.G from him putting Burnely 4-1 up with 28mins to go, going on to recover & scoring this screamer to put Cardiff 5-4 up. The lads mentality is absolutely top👏

83' | Cosgrove gets a card for giving Gray a bit of a whack as the 'keeper gets the ball from a corner. It's possible that he thought Gray was a journalist. #AKLvWEL 🔵0-0⚪️

Please Darren, why don't you disclose that you used to work for Colin Love, the chairman of the ARL. Football is the sleeping giant and us football fans (I dont even support WSW) are sick of the double standards and the constant attacks in the media by RL and AFL agendas

Hat-trick for Al Hassan Toure! Oriola Sunday plays a perfect through-ball on the break, Toure makes no mistake one-on-one with Andrew Redmayne and Sydney are 3-0 up 🔥 #SYDvCCM

So maybe there is some fight left in the old dog yet?   At half-time, Manchester United looked down and out and Michael Carrick’s reign as manager as good as finished.   Roma were 2-0 in front and coasting, gorging on a truly desperate United’s litany of errors, and there was full scale mutiny in the stands at Old Trafford.   A fifth defeat in six matches and the club’s longest winless run for 48 years beckoned. It was toxic on and off the pitch.   And then something changed. United, from being a dishevelled, disorganised mess, suddenly seemed to remember who they are supposed to be and what they are supposed to represent.   Surrender gave way to fight. A team that had been feeling sorry for itself discovered some pride.   And a crowd that had been baying for blood turned Old Trafford into a bearpit of a very different kind and Roma simply did not know what had hit them.    This club has served up some famous comebacks over the decades but it was hard to think of too many occasions when the mood and momentum had shifted this violently from one half to the next. On a wild night at Old Trafford ⬇️ #MUFC telegraph.co.uk/football/202…
