This is new life, new growth, new ways to survive…this is hope for Gaza. chuffed.org/project/113222-t… The Sameer Project is proud to introduce what we believe is the first aquaponics initiative in Gaza since the genocide began. A revolutionary step toward helping Palestinians feed themselves again. Gaza’s farmland has been decimated. Its fishing industry destroyed. Fresh vegetables and protein have become a dream, and humanitarian aid alone cannot provide the nutrition families need. We want to change that!! Aquaponics combines fish farming and vegetable cultivation in one sustainable, closed-loop system. Fish provide nutrients for the plants, while the plants naturally filter the water that returns to the fish. No farmland or soil required. Minimal water consumption. Fresh fish and vegetables from one system. This is a pathway toward food sovereignty and self-sufficiency!! Our team has begun preparing the first phase of this innovative project, with further development to follow. This is more than growing food. It is rebuilding Gaza’s ability to sustain life. And we should all be behind this! Our mission has never been to create dependency on aid, but to build the conditions where Palestinians no longer need it. And this is what we mean when we say aid for liberation. From survival to self-sufficiency. Donate to our General Fund to support this one of a kind project. So many of you saw this mother’s tears. Inshirah, a widow raising her orphaned children alone, told us how they were suffering from skin diseases due to the lack of hygiene and sanitation. All she wanted was to send her children to school. share.google/y0QnOxIwOq10we5… We went back. Because we couldn't just hear her story and walk away!! Our team returned with food, fresh fruits and vegetables, hygiene supplies, and school bags for her children. A total of $115 including commission, plus supplies from our warehouse. Sometimes aid is more than what we deliver. It's reminding a mother who has lost so much that she hasn't been forgotten. That someone heard her. That someone cares. This is what your donations make possible. Help us support families that feel hopeless and are in great need. Donate to our General Fund to support. Our electric mixer is broken. We have only one functioning oven. Flour prices are rising, and supplies remain uncertain. chuffed.org/project/help-us-… Yet through the determination, skill, and sheer dedication of our bakery team, The Sameer Project continues to produce over 5,000 pieces of bread every single day. That's FREE bread for more than 500 families, feeding over 2,500 Palestinians daily. Our team is doing everything possible with the little they have. But determination alone cannot buy flour, repair equipment, or keep the ovens burning. Your small donation can help keep our bakery running and bread reaching families who cannot afford to buy it, when it’s even available! Help us keep feeding Gaza. Bread represents actual survival through hunger and famine. Donate to The Sameer Project’s Food and Water Campaign. For countless children in Gaza, this is their first year back in school since the genocide began. Donate now: chuffed.org/project/113222-t… Despite continued bombings, displacement, and famine, children are returning to classrooms. Because how much longer can their education wait? But many are starting the school year without even a pencil or a single notebook. The Sameer Project is helping children reclaim their right to education, one school supply package at a time!! On October 21, we distributed 200 stationery packages to students at Builders of the Future School in Al-Radwan Camp, Gaza, for a total cost of just $709 after transfer fees of 11%. This was in collaboration with our partners at Small Steps Project. These children have already lost years of their childhood. We cannot allow them to lose their futures, too.
