Nigerians💔💔💔. The animalistic nature we exhibit during emergencies and similar situations is very worrisome. The unnecessary use of force and violence is just too much.
Someone is experiencing acute drug-induced psychosis—a literal medical crisis in their brain—and the "solution" people around could offer is physical violence?
Beating a person under active drug influence isn't intervention; it’s mob assault disguised as help.
We cannot keep treating public health emergencies with jungle justice in this country. Until we replace superstition and violence with medical response and education, we are just living in a jungle.
