BREAKING: True Mother Granted (Highly) Restricted Bail in South Korea
We have received confirmation through internal sources, along with reports from multiple Korean news outlets, that the Seoul High Court has granted conditional bail to Dr. Hak Ja Han, the Mother of Peace.
The court reportedly considered her health condition, the progress of her trial, and the evidence already gathered.
Under the ruling, she will remain at the hospital where she is receiving medical treatment rather than returning to detention. The conditions include restrictions on leaving the hospital and strict limitations on contact with others.
This decision comes just before her temporary medical suspension of detention was due to expire on October 20.
Basically, instead of sending her back to detention, they’re letting her stay in hospital. However, apparently she will have no access to anyone outside the circle of medical or legal personnel.
The Mother of Peace should be allowed to return home, but we are at least deeply relieved that she will not be returned to detention for the remainder of the appeal.
We continue to pray for her health, complete freedom, and justice.

家庭連合の韓鶴子総裁（83）の勾留執行停止期間が再び延長され、10月20日までとなった。
法曹界によると、ソウル高裁は29日、韓総裁側の勾留執行停止延長の申請を認めた。これにより、9月30日午後6時までだった停止期間は、10月20日午後3時まで延びた。
一方、裁判所は10月13日午後2時に韓総裁の控訴審初公判を開く。この日の公判では、保釈申請に対する審問も行われる。
韓総裁は2025年9月23日から拘束されている。
本日で371日になる。拘置所での拘束中に健康が悪化し、現在は病院での治療が必要な状態だ。
