That is precisely why I am returning right now, Mark. There is a lot of confusion as to why things are cratering. I have been saying the entire space was going to collapse for a long time if it kept running on FOMO & FUD, coupled to BTC, which is controlled by Wall Street.

We are going to start our Ambassador Program on Saturday. I have just been slammed this week. There are dozens of you around the nation and the world who've volunteered for this. I fully expect that we will really take off starting next week. I am excited to reach Level 26 from Level 2 just one month ago, but as we bring on the Ambassadors and really see this promoted globally this coming week I will be surprised if we aren't adding thousand of nodes per month. BTC is the most decentralized blockchain with just under 30,000 nodes. However, I believe that we will exceed that before December. My goal is 100,000 nodes by January 2027, 1,000,000 a year later, more than 10,000,000 by January 2029 and 100,000,000 by January 2030, and I hope we exceed the ~160 million Bram Cohen's BitTorrent reached when it became the most decentralized network in history. We can achieve this; I am confident of this.

I agree, Alex. It was the best coin when it was the only coin. There have been so many better coins created after the BTC. It’s like saying the Model T is the best car ever and there is no second car. 😂

I presume you want me to focus on the weaknesses claimed in the assessment. Weaknesses The administered pricing model is the central vulnerability. Eliminating market-based price discovery doesn't eliminate the need for it — it creates hidden illiquidity and potential disconnection between stated price and actual value. The entire document is based on a new type of valuation, that focuses on spending value and not speculation. People who choose to speculate certainly can and will. Participating members who are validating clearly agree or they would not participate. The mobile wallets and DEXs that agree to list it will employee smart contracts to point to the Oracle for pricing. At the end of the day it will either succeed or fail based on demand. We make it very hard to obtain coins, which if sold then cannot be bought back easily for less except by private party, which won't if they can get more on an active DEX or mobile wallet. The formula weights are arbitrary. The 70/10/10/10 split needs empirical justification or at least sensitivity analysis. They were worked out over more than a year. They could be wrong but then again, when Benjamin Graham came up with his model that could have been wrong too. The market accepted it and it became the benchmark to fair value. By having legislation and coin communities all agree this makes sense the it likely will. Just like Benjamin Graham's was when first published an experiment. We shall see. The insider allocations undermine the fairness narrative. 7.286 million DGD (~38% of circulating supply) allocated at Level 1 prices to founders and the CoinFund is a massive concentration. Not really. The 2M coins are staked forever to prevent a 51% attack, making the network safer. The 5M coins that are sold to the CoinFund are locked forever and create greater scarcity. Like Satoshi, who premined 1.1M coins, I too put in over a million dollars of my time and earned those. Them being forever locked up by me shows my dedication, beyond the 12 years I spent in the space learning so everyone could benefit from my hard work. The coins that went out to the team, including a $950,000 cash investment to pay the team, was again earned by the team, who've proven themselves over time to be trustworthy. I've known them collectively for hundreds of years. But this too becomes something that like BTC, and early creators earning coins, becomes a point of belief in the coin, over short-term gains, and all of my partners are part of the coin funds, which pay us handsomely ONLY if DGD and the other coins rise in value. Governance is centralized despite decentralization rhetoric. The Foundation controls too many critical functions for this to be described as decentralized governance. Ripple seems to be doing just fine, as is Cardano. For those who want a truly decentralized coin this may not be the right choice. I am of the opinion that too many cooks in the kitchen spoils the broth. I have seen many projects fail because everyone is fighting for control. That fight doesn't exist with this coin. I am clearly the leader and I am putting in the work and the time. The most valuable thing we have is time, because unlike any other investment, no matter how much we invest, we always have less. The securities law exposure is unaddressed. This structure would likely be classified as a security in most jurisdictions. This is not a security. The coin was paid for by me and my investors, we are no longer building anything that investors in the coin are depending on. The Howie Test says taking pooled money from investors so that a management team through its work can create value in the form of a profit for the pooled investment. The coins were created and purchased by me and then all but my 1M were paid out or donated to the Foundation. Like all crypto projects at the end of the day this is an experiment. People should always understand that everything comes with risk and that people, including myself, my family, my friends and co-workers, may lose everything and never spend more time or money than you are willing to lose. I hope that answer your questions. I would also note that this project is completely unique and addresses many things that cratered other projects and attempts to avoid those pitfalls. This is at the very least an ambitious project taken on by good people who want an alternative competing currency to the Federal Reserve Petrol Dollar system of debt, and loss of buying power. I see nobody else assembling a self-regulating organization pushing legislation for transparency and clarity of value. In this I believe I stand alone. Wish us luck.
