Some notes: yes, the board chair cites a $3.6M operating cost & $2.7M in revenue - meanwhile Drexel rep cites a public programs cost of $7.7M & $3M revenue. No reason given for discrepancy. Either way, the city can foot that difference easy

Drexel endowment is over a billion but there's probably rules on what money can go where. The endowment for ANSP is currently 80 million
