I’m as highly trained as you can be in this country, I’ve done the most elite training schemes the UK has to offer, but I’ve not had a directing job yet and it’s financially unsustainable for me to exist in this industry… I’m only here because of ingenuity, passion and faith.
Loved this from @chocuz 🎬
So many of us pursue TV & film even when it makes no financial sense—because we love it.
But should it really take this much risk? The UK industry could thrive with the right investment—so why aren’t we making it more accessible?

You heard them.
You should definitely watch my film about a baby that grows up alone in a boring white room which floats around in space and is raised to adulthood by the most stupid fucking creature that I could possibly dream up.
