I’m super excited to have the project and cast announcement of my debut feature film CAST ME! covered exclusively by @Variety.

I think Eddie Howe would be the first Man Utd managerial appointment to arrive with absolutely zero credit in the bank.
Are they honestly looking at Bruno to provide an assist for the new manager appointment?
Grow some spuds.
🚨 NEW:
Omar Berrada, Jason Wilcox and Bruno Fernandes are all at Carrington. #MUFC [@samuelluckhurst]
I don’t think Conte is the right manager for Man Utd, but he is uncompromising in his methods and I don’t trust the higher ups to bring the standards… I think he’s the only dude who comes in and salvages the season, having already done this once at Spurs.

If you needed any proof that these are the same players that just got a manager sacked, then there you go. ETH became a problem for various reasons and had to go. But so much is on the players and it’s largely mental. Lost the game in moments today through three soft goals.
Turns out the smell was indeed coming from INEOS.
Wilcox needs to go too, this was his decision and to not replace Amorim’s back room staff properly, to allow fitness and professional standards to slip between manager changes… that’s a club failure.
I beg someone pushes the red button.
🚨 NEW:
People with knowledge of Antonio Conte’s outlook say he is interested in taking charge of Manchester United but would want reassurances about his AUTHORITY before agreeing.
Several people close to United would be STUNNED if they went down the Conte route, given his hardline style and potential for more combustible episodes between the directors’ box and the dugout.

🚨 JUST IN:
Antonio Conte has told Manchester United he wants the head coach job, but there is a feeling within Old Trafford that his personality may be too FIERY and he could ask for a salary well over £10m, which would be prohibitive. #MUFC [@hirstclass]
If you think this kind of behaviour will survive the British press and a public who pride themselves on attacking anything that could be considered joyful unless it is showcased on Britains Got Talent, then you are sadly mistaken.
people are using nagelsmann having a bit of fun on a skateboard as a reason to not get him. as long as we're winning games and playing well, i couldn't give a shit if he rides around carrington on it everyday 😭😭 #nagelsmannation
I must say that I am a Vincent Kompany fan. Not for now… but one for the future. Charges or no charges during his playing days, he knows what winning is and is a mentality monster.
He’s also imposing enough that he absolutely will not take a players shit.

Carrick came in, got the players to buy in, did a great job.
Players got convinced to stick around that may have been looking to leave as they got assurances that the club would back the manager and invest in the summer.
Window ends with net 1 extra midfielder and Rashford who doesnt want to be there.
Big personalities and leaders feel like theyve been misled, manager feels like he's been let down, and the energy around the club falls off.
Its not rocket science. Carrick may not be the solution, but he's not the problem.
Rotten.
I still think you can trace Man Utd’s current situation to the decision not to sell Bruno earlier and delaying the rebuild of the midfield.
I think Conte is a terrible idea, but I hope it happens because these players need a Grizzly bear in the dressing room and on the training ground, scaring the soul out of them because no-one else is bringing the standards.
I’m sure Dan Ashworth got sacked after four months for this kinda talk.
Eddie Howe is the favourite for the #mufc job. He is admired within Old Trafford, and Howe would be interested in the role as he wants to return to the PL as soon as possible [@reluctantnicko]

Jim Ratcliffe in 2024: “We’ll decide that style, plus the CEO, sporting director, probably the recruitment guys, what the style of football is and that will be the Manchester United style of football, and the coach will have to play that style. We’re not going to oscillate from a (Jose) Mourinho style to a Guardiola style. That’s not the way we’ll run the club. Otherwise, you’re changing everything all the time, you change your coach, you’ve got the wrong squad — we won’t do that.”
What have Man Utd done.. gone from Erik Ten Hag to Amorim to Carrick. I mean the styles could not be anymore different.
