I recently learned about the band @fervenceband and holy hell they kick fucking ass! Hoping they visit nothern oregon/southern washington at some point. Great musicians and great lead singer, damn they rock.

Formulaic music that got hyped into genius status by a perfect storm of timing and savvy media, not actual skill. Expert exploitation of trends already pioneered by others.
They’re a marketing phenomenon that got called the greatest because they sold a lot of records to herd-mentality teenagers, not because the music itself was ever the most advanced, demanding, or enduring rock ever made.
Today I learned that the National Anthem has lyrics about slavery. I’m not going to fact check it through the internet or by singing it. I’d hate to intrude into one’s thought and comprehension process. That being said, who gives a shit what Lebron does. Respect him or dont. Ignore or watch. So long as you scream your opinions, weirdos.
