There's just too much to do.
And there are not enough resources in the hospitals or in our communities to satisfy demand.

Need some clarity after a case last night in the Paeds ED #toothfairy. If a tooth is lost in an accident, will you still leave a reward in place of the ‘absent’ tooth? And what is the going rate these days? @aberdeenED @NHSG_RACH
You’d just about go apoplectic if you saw what happens in an Emergency Department 24/7!! Constant interruptions and prioritisation - oh and trying to refer to surgery who are scrubbed and can’t take the call!
