I cannot imagine a worse life than being governed by a coalition of evangelical reverends and plutocratic blowhards for their maximum personal gain.
I can see why you think you think that’s Heaven.

Smart. Too bad Alberta can't say the same.

$240,000 to solve an orthopedic surgery disruption, but UCP Minister Adriana LaGrange (@AdrianaLaGrange) said no instead pointed to Alberta's support of private for-profit surgeries. They are starving the public health care system to privatize.

If the Alberta government capitulates to big business lobbyists and prematurely forces more urban sprawl, that would be one of the most financially ruinous decisions in Alberta history.

I'm not going to nay say it, but I will note: the potential of this proposal cuts both ways, it could be a huge success or it could be a bust.

It's a matter of quantity. Oxygen is toxic at a high enough level. Anything is. The obvious question is....how much selenium is healthy. Much less than coal mines will put in our water.

May I suggest, instead of lining the pockets of multi-billionaires and buy items at full retail for our @yegfoodbank (thus retail make profits off of our most vulnerable), you give a cash donation directly to the foodbanks. They have real purchasing power to buy items much cheaper. Please go to this link. edmontonsfoodbank.com/donate…

Hey Alberta. U like being on the hook for billion$ for orphan wells? You're gonna LOVE selenium contaminated rivers and ground water from coal mines. Same AB regulator oversees both. 100% taxpayers'll be paying 4 massive cleanup when the foreign mining cos go home. Old playbook.

So, if I understand correctly, your plan is to law-enforce your way out of a homelessness epidemic, and have identified the homeless as the enemy that Edmontonians need to be protected from? And this was the sound bite you decided to lead with? Seems on brand.

Alberta company being investigated for supplying Canadian Tire with low-wage foreign workers.
The 'supply' of workers isn't the issue, it's the fact that this bloodsucker of a company charged workers more than $10k each, in addition to charging Canadian Tire.

For families this means an EXTRA $600 per year!
The UCP: Making life unaffordable for Albertans since 2019!
Yesterday, along with Premier @ABDanielleSmith and @neudorf_ab, I announced that we will be changing our auto insurance system to provide better, faster, and cheaper policies to Albertans.
Starting in 2027, 3.4 million drivers will save on average $400 a year!

There used to be an alternative. The pension governance act passed under the NDP gave pension boards the right to fire AIMCo and hire other investment managers. The UCP took that right away.

Don’t get me wrong: AIMCo is NOT perfect. Far from it. That’s why we convinced the NDP to allow Alberta’s big pension plans to stop using AIMCo and shop around for other pension managers if they were dissatisfied with AIMCo’s performance. The UCP took that right away.

I get the firings, given the poor performance of AIMCo in recent years. But why was there no other alternative in place other than putting a single partisan politician in charge of all of these vital public assets? Highly irregular, irresponsible and concerning.
