Honesty question: Why do so many #Cowboys fans hate Trevon Diggs?

Cowboys are struggling to get Lamb and Pickens going simultaneously in the first quarter of games this year.
Example:
Week 1- Pickens 2 targets. 17 yards
Lamb - 1 target inc, 1 carry 0 yards.
Week 2- Pickens 3 targets 4 yards, Lamb 5- 89 yards
Week 3- Pickens 2 for 17 Lamb 1 for 11
Week 4 Pickens 1- inc, Lamb 2-10
Week 5 Pickens 3-29 Lamb 0 targets
Week 6 Pickens 0 targets Lamb 3- 22
Overall Pickens is 8/11 for 58 yards and Lamb is 10/12 for 132 (89 in one game, 43 the other 5 games)
Week 3 is the only game the Cowboys were able to get some production from both receivers early in a game. It's kind of just alternated weekly.
Schotty is about to help expedite the uncomfortable conversation every fan has to have about their beloved vet QB.
Can Chris Cole last to the #Cowboys pick via GB?
Off work. Now, my question after last night’s #Cowboys loss… Did anyone get fired on their day off today?
Dak, save us! Despite no running game, no game plan vs. the blitz, crosseyed TEs who can’t catch/block, a soft OC and whatnot.
The #Cowboys go into each game with a coaching disadvantage.
If this game ends with an L like it should, it’s time to start selling off parts and someone needs to be fired.
I’m not sure, but I don’t believe pricing out “real fans” is the best answer when…
Buffalo Bills
Denver Broncos
Seattle Seahawks
Green Bay Packers
Kansas City Chiefs
Philadelphia Eagles
Chicago Bears
Minnesota Vikings
New England Patriots
Detroit Lions
All are known to have great energy and home field advantages. All but one (Seattle $5 less) had an average ticket price higher than the #Cowboys in 2025.
Each year it fluctuates, but go look at it year over year. I don’t think it’s a pricing issue. It’s wild how our fans just want to spectate, instead of be rabid fanatics. Some are locked into gazing at the Jumbotron instead of looking at the field.
“They finally hired a real coach”
Shots fired at the entire staff, starting with Schotty.
The #Cowboys are carefully representing the hiring of Pettine as someone who is here to support Christian Parker and offer advice based on his experience. But NFL coaches I’ve spoken to who know Pettine and the dynamics of the situation with the Cowboys believe the more influence and responsibility Pettine has, the better for the team.
One HC who had Pettine on his staff: “They finally hired a real coach. Pettine is legit. Dallas will walk away with that division now.”
Say, man… @clarencehilljr
Christian Parker was set up to fail from jump by the Dallas Cowboys
Unrealistic expectations
Didn’t go get the personnel needed to make a real difference
Didn’t get him the support he needed and apparently wanted
Yet called him rising star and coaching savant before he called a play.
Set him up to be difference maker without difference making pieces
Everything was a hope, projection and a wish.
Run tell that
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
Clarence himself called Christian Parker a “rising star,” “savant,” and “wise beyond his years” right after the January 2026 hire (before he called a regular-season play)

This isn’t a fresh take. We’ve known this for years.
"Jerry will overpay top of the market for players, a yacht, a stadium, a practice facility, and go cheap on the coach. It's like hosting a party in a mansion and going: Who's doing the catering? ... We called Subway"
@colincowherd says it's time for Dallas to pay up for a coach
