X algorithm is open source, so I made a 2-minute walkthrough of the code.
Where candidate posts come from, what gets filtered out, how replies, likes and reports are weighted, and what's still kept private. Every claim cites the repo.

Thank you! I've wanted a tool like this for a long time, and it's very satisfying to finally build it myself. Please give it a try. I'd really appreciate any feedback on how to improve it.

Pair it with Kindle Courier: eligible Keep/Try long reads can be handed off after setup and opt-in. No Notion required.
Handoff isn't confirmed delivery. Live sweep and delivery flows still need validation in your setup.
Bookmark-folder backlog? Read & Decide sweeps your main X bookmarks list(not individual folders)
Opt in to a daily, prioritized digest. It never moves or deletes saves.
Then: Keep, Try or Skip, with suggested next steps when they're worthwhile.
A Try needs a small, reversible experiment and a way to judge success. Next steps include effort, cost and a finish line. Suggestions aren't automatically executed.
Each readable item gets ratings for relevance, usefulness, actionability and novelty, plus a category.
Evidence is checked separately. A high score means potential value to you; it isn't proof that the claims are true.
Send it an X post, thread, X Article, web link or pasted text.
Confirm 2 to 5 goals so it knows what matters to you. Without confirmed goals, it withholds the relevance and total scores instead of guessing.
Bookmarked it, never read it?
I built Read & Decide, a Grok Bot template that helps turn X posts, threads and articles into decisions based on your goals: Keep, Try or Skip.
