Delighted with the way @FatimaJojiSnp has stood up to them; Fatima is Scottish just as my nephew is, whose father is Sudanese.
The British nats should be reminded their beloved Royal family's origins come from Germany.
Do they consider them not to be from these islands?

The UK media is the only force that could have stopped Willy’s mass eviction, but it’s not Prince Harry, so crickets.
Willy is still mass evicting tenants, while pretending that he wasn’t unaware of how bad it is. So what’s stopping him from stopping it now that “he’s aware”?

Just extraordinary. If someone described Putin as a dictator, would the BBC presenter interject and say "President Putin would deny he is a dictator"

UK interest rates hiked to 4%.
Average real wage hardly moved since 2008. Inflation caused by profiteering, not wage rises
Millions to hand wealth to banks, boosting their profits. Rich get richer.

Aha, so the 'Once in a generation' ploy can no longer be applied to Scotland & an independence referendum? Have I got that right?

BBC Scotland's false claim that John Swinney wanted to take buses into pubic ownership was likely deliberate. It dovetailed perfectly with the attack from the Easdales [Labour donors] that the FM was a dictator who was going to seize their business.

In 'this' country - Scotland - pensioners were told in 2014 that their pensions were safe and to be thankful for the English-as-British govt providing a pension. The reality? A pittance. In an Energy rich Scotland. It doesn't have to be this way - join the Yes movement today.
Gent in purple, "State pensioners who have contributed their whole lives are on a lot less than minimum wage"
"I'm very lucky to have a small German pension, and believe me, it's a lot more than what we pay in this country"
"Most of western Europe their pensions are much higher than the state pension in this country"
"I'm lucky I get a pension from the military"
"But people on the basic state pension, I reall feel sorry for them"
My view:
The full new State Pension is roughly £12,548 a year.
Someone working 37.5 hours a week on the £12.71 minimum wage earns about £24,785 before tax.
That puts the full new State Pension at barely half a full-time minimum-wage salary.
Government figures show that 12% of pensioner families received their income entirely from the State Pension and other state benefits in 2024/25.
That same year, around 1.7 million pensioners — one in seven — were living in relative poverty after housing costs.
A better pension means being able to heat your home, eat properly and see friends without calculating what you’ll have to go without afterwards.
It also means money spent in the communities where pensioners live.
After a lifetime of working, caring and contributing, financial security should be something people can expect.

BBC Scotland has been forced to issue yet another correction relating to the SNP after falsely claiming John Swinney had announced plans to take buses into public ownership. How many more 'mistakes' like this are to be allowed before an inquiry is held into the station?

The Chancellor admitted that Scotland’s energy wealth would now be over £1 trillion.
But this wealth doesn’t exist — because the UK Government squandered it and pocketed the profits.
And that’s why Scottish households are paying £1200 more for their energy bills than Labour promised.
Taking control of our energy is not only crucial to build the wealth for Scotland’s future — it’s the only way to ensure that energy rich Scotland isn’t paying some of the highest bills across Europe.
