I’m sick of rotations for real. I want to be a preceptor one day so I can be everything that some of these people are not. I will never pawn my work onto my students. I will never make them feel like they’re a burden. I will make sure they are learning. I won’t waste their time

☝️All of this. To further delay licensure of competent practitioners (who have experience administering vaccines!) is short-sighted. All of this as we ramp up for mass vaccination is not patient-centred. Medication management matters more than shopping.
