📢 OFFICIAL PRESS RELEASE | APJUDA AGITATION UPDATE In compliance with the directives of the Hon’ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh in WP(PIL)/193/2026, and placing patient care at the forefront, APJUDA has temporarily called off the statewide strike effective 26.08.2026, 08:00 AM. ⚖️ Key Highlights from the Hon’ble High Court Hearing: 🔹 The Hon'ble Division Bench acknowledged our genuine demands and appreciated the relentless service of AP doctors. 🔹 Directed the Government of Andhra Pradesh to resolve our demands within a strict 2-week timeline (by 07.09.2026). 🔹 Granted liberty to APJUDA to re-approach the Bench if the issues remain unresolved. 🏛️ Following the court proceedings, APJUDA met Hon’ble Health Minister Sri @SatyaKumarYadav, Health Secretary, and DME.
