If he keeps saying things like that, it will become impossible for Canadians to pay for their own drinks in any bar in the democratic world.
EXCLUSIVE: U.S. ambassador warns Canada could shoulder blame if midterms go against Trump ctvnews.ca/world/trumps-tari…
You may have drove truck across the border. Yet, I served, sometimes with our US Allies. None of them, not one was looking for a 200ft flag, none of them played the holier then though card. Very few of them were so arrogant as you. They were professional.
You wanna know a major difference between the USA and Canaduh?
I spent the last month hauling equipment from Canaduh into the US. Mainly interstate moving until nearing my delivery point where I'd duck off and get personal with my surroundings.
The main difference I can tell is that the people of the United States of America love their country. Every major and many many many smaller towns fly and boast flags of their proud nation for everyone to see. An I'm not talking little piddly flags ; I'm talking flags that are the size of a tractor trailer that you can see for miles. A flag 200 feet in the air that's 80 feet long by 20 feet wide.
That is a major difference between weather you acknowledge and love your country or barley at all..
Canada sure doesn't love it's heritage or the people who keep this nation going.
Super sad

David Eby was the last remaining anti-oil Premier in Canada.
Now every Premier across Canada supports the oil and gas industry and supports building pipelines.
The Trudeau-Guilbeault climate agenda was finally put down on Saturday night.
Get the shovels in the ground.
🤣😂🤣😂 I swear, you just couldn’t write it better… Provinces are paying the US states to take our garbage, which POTUS is going to now CHARGE American companies to import….
They’re paying more for….. OUR GARBAGE🤣😂🤣😂

Imagine going back to October 2024 and telling Canadian oil & gas execs:
- Trudeau, Guilbeault Eby gone
- Strait of Hormuz war, WTI > $100
- Liberals adopted energy superpower agenda
- New west coast oil pipeline designated in national interest
- TMX full
- Keystone XL/ Southbow Bridger moving forward
- Conservative BC government
- LNG Canada Phase 2 FID’d
- Natural gas gigascale data centres FID’d
- Emissions cap scrapped, IAA removed from almost all O&G projects
- 100% immediate and permanent expensing for capital investments

When Lt-Col. H. P. Bell-Irving returned to command the Seaforth Highlanders of Canada in the autumn of 1944, he brought an idea with him. On the San Fortunato ridge in September he had watched men of the Loyal Edmonton Regiment knock out several heavy German tanks with anti-tank mines and the PIAT. Bell-Irving wanted the PIAT used to hunt.
It was not a popular weapon. The PIAT (Projector, Infantry, Anti-Tank) was a spring-loaded spigot launcher that threw a hollow-charge bomb of about two and a half pounds. To cock it, a man had to stand on the weapon and heave on the shoulder piece. It was reliable against the side or rear of a tank at a hundred yards or less, and of little use beyond that. Using it against a Panther meant letting the tank come very close, in full view of its machine guns and the infantry riding on it.
At Riccione, the Seaforths formed a tank-hunting platoon under Lt. F. H. Harfield, drawn from the anti-tank platoon: an officer, a sergeant, a corporal and 14 others. Eight men formed four two-man PIAT crews. The other six carried No. 75 “Hawkins” grenades and Tommy guns.
The drill was simple. Mines laid across a road would break a tank’s tracks. Once it was stopped, a PIAT crew would knock it out at short range, and the Tommy gunners would deal with the crew and any infantry riding on it.
One of the men picked for the platoon was a private who had been with the battalion since 1940 and had been promoted to corporal, and reduced again, nine times. His name was Ernest “Smokey” Smith. Within weeks, the drill would be tested on a dark road beside a church on the far side of a river no tank could cross.

Tom Skerritt was pure class; every time he stepped in front of a camera, he delivered.
Once described as a “character actor locked in a leading man’s body,” he made it all look effortless.
Rest easy, Viper.
This, I’ve also thought this vary same thing. They’re talking to somebody in their little squirrel radios, the problem is, nobody outside of other squirrels understand…

there is a 100% chance that squirrels are running a highly sophisticated, neighborhood wide surveillance network. i watched one stare at me from a fence for ten minutes today, aggressively chittering into its paw like it was radioing in my exact coordinates to a central command unit.
