What's my favorite Madlib beat(s) besides "Microphone Mathematics"?
Zion I ft. Planet Asia - "Critical" (Madlib Remix)
Dudley Perkins - "Flowers"
Shades of Blue, Yesterdays New Quintet... it's really endless.... 💐

this whole distrokid fiasco should show people how brittle and fickle streaming services are.
like most things in modernity, they are stripping away the humanity of music discovery. automation and algorithms are replacing word of mouth and genuine music conversation. it's sad

Marble Madness proved you didn't need complicated graphics or gameplay to make a game ridiculously addictive
Two songs I would send in a capsule into space to signify the spirit of hiphop are "Buddah Blessed It" by Supernatural & "Metrotheme" by All City.
thankful I was exposed to so much dopeness before I was old enough to Drive.
Also will never regret opening Junk Planet like this.

Underground hiphop has introduced me to people I would’ve never met otherwise.
Different countries, different lives, same love for a dusty sample and some honest bars 👊

Really missed seeing TPG's work after all the platforms sunset. Happy I at least screen recorded all the dopeness I collected. I wish I could preserve everything in a museum irl cus the internet isn't gonna preserve any human culture it seems
It's the year 2026 - The Corporations own the internet, the underground owns the night.
Escape the internet.
Metropolis 2084
In the year 2084, Metropolis is running on borrowed time. The corporations own the city. The underground owns the night.
