One time I had a “date” with myself. Went to the park, sat down at nice restaurant alone and took my time, then went to a microbrewery where my friend bartended and ordered one beer. Some guy gave me the creeps and kept staring at me and I had to pee so I told my friend-
“I took you home and you passed out on the couch, I stuck around for a few hours but you were dead asleep but breathing fine and laying on your side so I put some water and Gatorade on the table and went home.”
All I could think was “who spikes a girls drink at a microbrewery??”

You Can See Everything is easily the best movie I’ve seen this year and one of the best documentaries I’ve ever seen, I cannot stop thinking about it, it’s genuinely an incredible work of art and a fascinating study of human interaction. They could teach an entire class on it

We are in the middle of one of the largest nationwide reckonings with sexual assault ever and this guy gets on stage and calls women whores for wearing shorts at the gym? You think he doesn’t know what he is saying? It’s not only unoriginal and unfunny, it’s really disgusting.

In an attempt to distance themselves from the excesses of “woke 1” many people here abandoned useful terms like “rape culture” that accurately described real phenomena. After Elon bought Twitter some used the opportunity to indulge their grievances over the woke era by following an influx of pro-rape accounts and social groups. Rape culture never went away but too many stopped caring for social convenience.
