Another LA has broke data protection again & can't be bothered to do their job correctly. Sent letters & personal information to the wrong address. Yet had the correct address to doorstep! Ask again why we do not want or need any such register for home educated children!

Harm caused to children and families - shame, fear, trauma - is inherent part of safeguarding assessment, no 'bad' social workers.
The current system maintains intervention nec at low levels of need. Result is not reduced abuse.
So more children hurt.
