What would you do if a deputy told you he was going to patrol on your private property anytime he wants and the prosecutor said it's okay?
Madison County, Idaho Sheriff’s deputies were caught repeatedly patrolling a private road posted “No Trespassing.”
Property owner Reed Hill confronted Deputy Jesse Gleason.
The deputy said they were “checking the area for unwanted people or mischief,” claimed “we’ve been directed by the county prosecutor that we’re good to come up here,” and stated he was “always allowed up here.”
Hill told him they were trespassing on private property, demanded the written authorization/letter the deputy claimed existed, and noted prior discussions with the previous sheriff (Roy Klingler) in which he was supposed to be notified of any such activity.
The deputy could not produce documentation and told Hill to talk to the prosecutor.
Sheriff at the time: Rick Henry.
Hill recorded multiple encounters (2017–2018). After the videos circulated, he reported the deputies stopped coming onto the road.
❓Does the open fields doctrine mean rural landowners have essentially no privacy from police patrols once they’re off the curtilage?
❓Should private roads be treated more like driveways (owner control) or public streets (open to police)?

Karen, a professional Queens Rabid Responder, decided the sidewalk was hers to walk wherever she pleased, even with ICE officers in the middle of an active operation on it.
A public sidewalk doesn't give anyone the right to walk into a live federal arrest scene. Stand back and film all you want. Walking into the operation is a different thing.
Where should the line be between filming ICE and getting in the way?

A 15-year-old First Amendment auditor was detained by police because he was recording at a library and post office.
Johnny Medaglia, who runs the First Amendment Protection Agency (FAPA) YouTube channel reviews the footage of the teen’s open public recordings, the staff confrontations, and the police detention that followed.
In November 2024 the minor was filming in publicly accessible spaces—the same practice adult auditors use to test whether employees and officers respect the right to gather information.
Police detained him.
Medaglia noted the age difference and the practical limits a minor faces navigating court procedures.
With a 16-year-old, parental and juvenile considerations apply, but the underlying legal principle remains the same—filming in public is generally protected absent trespass or interference.
❓Why detain a 16-year-old who isn’t committing a crime, isn’t trespassing, and is simply recording in public?
❓Is detaining a minor for open public recording ever justified?

🚨 BREAKING: DOJ is fighting to keep the Ilhan Omar raid warrant SEALED.
Jeanine Pirro says unsealing it right now would “jeopardize” the active immigration fraud investigation.
Meanwhile, a court filing lists her as Ilhan Nur Said Elmi, a/k/a Ilhan Omar — the same last name as the man critics have long claimed is her brother.
Trump is calling for her to resign immediately.
Omar’s response? Fundraise off the raid.
She pulled in $847,000 the day agents hit her house and another $665,000 the next day.175 House Democrats rushed to sign a letter demanding DOJ and DHS back off — warning it could hurt her re-election next week.
About 40 Dems refused to sign.
Judge James Boasberg (Obama appointee who has already blocked Trump on deportations) is overseeing the fight to keep everything secret.
The investigation is still active. Subpoenas are out. The warrant isn’t fully executed.
If the evidence holds, she could face criminal charges and denaturalization.
No more “nobody ever gets in trouble.”
This one is real. Time to deport.

America needs to stop using Electronic Voting Machines
This woman went to vote in Texas, it wouldn’t let her select the candidate she wanted. After 10+ attempts and help from the election worker it finally worked. When she went to the next screen it SWITCHED the candidate and she had to go back and change it
“I had to sit there and push it like 10 different times — I'm sitting there pushing, pushing, pushing, pushing, pushing — I called one of them over. I'm like, look, this is not who I want to vote for and it's not letting me select the candidate that I want”
“When I'm voting like the second person, it changed my vote on the first column. Yep”
It doesn’t matter who you’re voting for your vote should count for the candidate you select. Electronic voting machines are not trustworthy and there are too many glitches. We need to go back to paper ballots and same day voting

ONE GIRL RUNNING THE ENTIRE TACO BELL WITH CARS WRAPPED INTO THE STREET!!
Who's at fault here, her or whoever put her on that shift alone?
A customer waits 42 minutes and finds out why. One young woman is doing every job in the building by herself. A few guys in line offer to come behind the counter and help, and she turns them down because she doesn't want to get in trouble with her boss.
I can't be mad at her for a second. She stayed, she kept cooking, and she still followed the rules when bending them would have been easier. Managers love to say nobody wants to work, then they schedule the one who does all alone on a rush.
If one of my boys ever comes home from a shift like that, I hope somebody in line treats him the way this guy treated her.
Patience at the drive-thru window costs nothing, and some nights it's the only good thing that kid gets.

She said the minivan wasn’t hers.
The registration disagreed.
Then the surveillance cameras joined the conversation.
Oak Lawn police were investigating a reported retail theft at Jewel-Osco when they stopped a woman nearby who matched the description.
She denied being involved and claimed she’d been dropped off by Uber for a home-care shift.
There was just one problem.
The minivan sitting beside her was registered in her name.
Her story changed.
She admitted taking some lunch items without paying, but insisted she left most of the groceries inside after her phone payment declined.
Then an officer reviewed the store surveillance.
According to police, the footage showed her leaving with multiple bags and soda.
She was taken into custody on an allegation of retail theft, and the minivan was towed.
Then came the line nobody was expecting:
“I just stole some stuff for Christmas…”
Nothing says holiday spirit quite like finding out the security cameras kept the receipts.

WOW 🚨 The first Muslim Palestinian woman to serve in the Georgia House is already breaking our laws
Democrat Ruwa Romman solicited funds during the legislative session by having people postdate their checks and postdate their donations. This violates Georgia law because it says when you're in a session under OCGA 21-535 that you can't have anyone contribute to your campaign. You can’t even have them pledge, but she did it anyway
Get this, I looked more into it and while doing it she said:
“You can write checks dated for after April 3rd to Ruwa for State Senate — and then we can collect those after session, when session is over, inshallah”
An archived version of her campaign site from when the legislature was still in session also promoted pledges
This same woman previously served as communications director for CAIR-Georgia
She also canvassed for Zohran Mamdani’s New York mayoral campaign and attended events around his primary victory
Foreigners should not be allowed to serve in US Government

Internet Rallies Behind Red Baron Worker After Viral Prank, his GoFundMe has reached $250k.
Meanwhile, the pranksters making money on this content got banned.
FOUR KIDS AT HOME AND THEY'RE FILMING HIM FOR CLOUT??
Harmless content, or picked the wrong guy?
A Red Baron rep is stocking a grocery store freezer when a couple of young people with a camera start messing with him. He snaps, then tells them he has to be up at 5 in the morning, he's still out working late, he's got four kids at home and he can't pay his mortgage.
If that were my son holding that phone, the video would come down and he'd be finding that man to apologize to his face.
Yes, he lost his cool. Calling somebody a punk on camera never helps your case.
Now look at what he's carrying. Early mornings, more stores to hit, four kids and a mortgage. And somebody decided his bad day would make good content.
There's a guy like him in every grocery store in America, grinding through the shift nobody sees. Turning one of them into the punchline isn't edgy. It's lazy.
Leave the working man alone. He's got enough on his plate.

She thought the problem was a $45 Red Lobster tab.
It wasn’t.
Police were called to a Red Lobster in Coral Springs, Florida, after a woman finished her meal but had no way to pay.
No wallet. No phone. She said her wallet was in her boyfriend’s car.
Officers even gave her time to try to get someone to cover the bill.
Then they ran her name.
Active extraditable warrant out of Miami-Dade County.
Suddenly, the lobster was the least of her problems.
Even after learning she was going into custody, she kept debating officers over everything from carrying a phone to Miranda rights and jail procedures.
There was just one problem with all the arguing:
The warrant wasn’t going anywhere.
She was taken into custody while the restaurant complaint was documented.
Imagine sitting down for lobster and finding out the biggest thing waiting for you wasn’t the check.
She wears the night like royal lace,
With candlelight upon her heart;
A quiet smile, a fearless grace,
The kind that lingers when you part.
She guards one secret, close and true,
While shadows dance beneath the moon;
For some hearts know exactly who
They’d choose in every life too soon.
Let jokers laugh and fortunes turn,
Let every card fall where it may~
The deepest kind of love will burn
And still choose you at end of day.

She proudly calls herself a "Democrat, Socialist, Communist"… then picks a political fight with a veteran in the middle of Walmart 😳
"Answer the question, Karen."
"Are you married? Because I feel bad for your husband."
"I served this country and I got injured for this country."
"What did you do? Anything?"
Did he go too far with the husband comment, or did she cross the line questioning his service? 👀😂

This Newark tow yard charged a trucker $4,000… so he walked right into their yard and started filming the staff 😳
"You walked in that yard… it was trespassing."
"He approached me ready to buckle up with me."
"Take it down. Take it down."
"Bro, you just scammed me for $4,000. You want me to take it down?"
Is this tow yard running a scam, or did he bring this on himself by walking into their yard? 👀
