havent heard of that one, definetly writting that down in games to play though it looks sick
Today i finished Magic Unfolding, Theres a raw energy to this game that i cant say ive ever felt before, so little of it happens on the players terms and it surprises at every turn, its visuals and sounds just scream "PAIN", I Heavily reccomend it if youre into RPGmaker games

u know i think Undertale/Deltarune flounder so much in public conversations because the people who talk the most about them don't understand why they're good. the meat of both games is born from toby fox's love for things they've never interacted with

If games are art, which they self evidently are, it is because of game design and game play. If you only see games as a wrapper or delivery vehicle for narrative, visuals, or music, I think you fundamentally do not respect games as an art form. What a tiresome discussion.

Like stuff that's almost entirely gameplay focused and fits into a specific single player or co-op genre, that's toys. Multiplayer games that are mostly about competing against someone else, that's sports. Story driven or more esoteric games, that's art. Do you get what I mean?
