Monad in your pocket.
That's DyorHQ, the app I've been building on @monad for Metropolis. One app to launch a memecoin, turn a photo or video into an NFT, trade perps, swap Monad tokens and bridge in from other chains. All from your phone. All onchain.
Try doing that on a phone today and you get two options. Both are bad.
Option one is an exchange app. It's smooth, but they hold your coins, they decide what you can trade, and you can't launch a coin or mint anything yourself. Their app, their keys.
Option two is a wallet and a browser. The coins are yours, but almost every app on Monad is a website first. One site to launch, another to mint, another for perps, another to swap, another to bridge. Connect the wallet again, and again, approve a pop-up you can't read. It works at a desk. It falls apart on the train.
DyorHQ is the third path. One native app, one wallet, straight onto Monad. Sign in with email and password, Apple, Google, or a passkey with Face ID. DyorHQ never holds your keys or your funds.
What's inside:
Launch: Put a memecoin on a bonding curve from your phone in a few steps, at graduation the liquidity is locked for good in a Uniswap v4 or Monday Trade pool. Pair it with $MON, $USDC, $AUSD, or $aBIL, a tokenized T-bill ETF.
Moments: Post a photo or video as an NFT. People collect it for USDC and you keep a percentage of every collect. If enough people collect, it graduates into its own coin with a locked pool, and every collector gets coins.
Swap: Every swap is quoted on @KuruExchange, @Uniswap and @MondayTrade_ at once. You take the best of the three. No DyorHQ swap fee.
Perps: BTC, ETH, SOL, MON and more on @perpltrade fully onchain order book.
Bridge: Move funds in from Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum and more chains to Monad with Aurora Intents.
That's why DyorHQ exists. An ecosystem app you can easily swap, launch, bridge, trade and get exposure in unique NFTs, all in one place.
It's early. iPhone only, beta live on TestFlight, not on the App Store yet. There are rough edges. I'm not pretending otherwise.

I spent this @monad metropolis hackathon on Interlude, which is the Ephemeral Rollup
Kanddle is the app I built on it so you can watch the idea work, instead of reading a diagram.
The game is simple, two people open a 1v1 on Monad, lock the same stack, and tap squares on a tape. If the print hits your square you score. If it misses, you do not. When the clock ends, the higher stack takes the pot.
Do that on a chain the usual way and every tap is an L1 transaction. Even if the wallet is quiet, you still pay gas, you still wait on a block, and you still do not get the result back in the same breath. Twenty taps in ninety seconds becomes twenty confirmations. The match cannot live there.
Do that on a server and the match is instant, because the server is just editing a row. It can ignore a tap, rewrite a stack, or vanish and take the room with it. The chips may sit in a contract. The fight does not. You are trusting whoever runs the box.
The Ephemeral Rollup is the third path. Same Solidity, same address. You sign a session once. After that each tap is a real contract call on the node, both players share that state, and the node later commits the net diffs back to Monad. Fast while you play. Settled when it counts. If the node lies, the batch is replayable and the bond is there. v1 is still permissioned. I am not pretending otherwise.
That is why Kanddle exists. I needed a live room two people can actually play, and I needed the pot to stay in the contract they already deposited into. A raw chain breaks the room. A server breaks the pot. Interlude is the ER that lets both stay true.
The app is rough. Plenty still broken. If you want early access, say so in the comments.
