What is San Francisco and Silicon Valley like? Last night @nathanbenaich invited me to an event. I got there late. They wouldn’t let me in due to fire code. I wait in the lobby with a few other people for an hour. So the “rejects” all start talking. Get tired of waiting. Decide to get dinner together. It turns out in the small group are employees of NVIDIA, OpenAI, and a 23 year old who is already building his second company. Founder of withpipeline.com which a ton of sales teams are using to manage their LinkedIn leads. Sudarshan Sridharan. He and I hit it off at dinner and he brings me to a poker game where there are a bunch more AI entrepreneurs. All because we couldn’t get into an event. Tonight an AI vacuum salesman came to my house. Convinced me to buy one. Video coming on May 7. The unboxing is unlike any I have ever seen. The robot crawls out of its own box, photo here. What a world. I learned long ago if you can’t get into someone else’s party make your own.
