NDC did not field gubernatorial candidates in 11 states. Based on the Supreme Court judgment, INEC added three more states—Kano, Kaduna, and Nasarawa—where the NDC will not have gubernatorial candidates. That brings the total to 14 states, i.e., more than one-third.
Furthermore, NDC did not field candidates in about 140 National Assembly seats.
