i wish men could see themselves the way i see them. they’re so sexy and handsome and there’s so much delicious variety in their bodies and personalities and it’s all so achingly endearing and fascinating. i love catching that glimpse of almost concealed emotion that it seems like nobody else noticed. i love the way their hands move. i love their body hair and the texture of their skin. those super subtle facial expressions and eye crinkles and omg their fucking forearms. and somehow they all seem to have no idea how mindblowingly hot they are when they cum. like, i have seen a LOT of different guys cum and it is never not extremely sexy. idk what kind of mass conspiracy is going on in the world to keep guys down by convincing them their orgasms are ugly or gross or goofy or whatever but i’m going to keep trying to defeat it because it is sooooooo untrue. dudegasms are one of the most beautiful things on the planet and i wish more guys knew that.

more and more feeling like personality is an absolute sham concept, a wholly illusionary framing for the world. What's actually real is relationships

LADIES THERE IS NO SECRET WHEN THE BOYS ARE INTO BORING SHIT AND STICKING WITH IT MUCH LONGER THAN YOU THINK IS REASONABLE THERE IS NO SECRET THEY ARE NOT FINDING ANYTHING SPECIAL IN THE TWENTIETH ITERATION OF WHATEVER BULLSHIT THEY'RE ON ABOUT. IT'S THE SAME AS THE PREVIOUS NINETEEN TIMES. AND THEY'RE HAPPY DOING IT. IF YOU'RE NOT IT'S FINE NO NEED FOR FOMO THEY'RE REALLY REALLY JUST DOING THE SAME THING AGAIN WAR. PROGRAMMING. BOATS. THEY WILL DO THE SAME THING THEY WERE JUST DOING, AGAIN, LONG LONG AFTER I WOULD HAVE SNAPPED AND KILLED THAT JACKASS THEY'RE ALL LISTENING TO FOR SOME REASON. FOR THE FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE I AM NOT ENVIOUS OF MEN. I WOULD KILL A BITCH AND BE DONE. THAT MOVIE WOULD HAVE BEEN 45 MINUTES LONG IF I'D BEEN ON THE BOAT. I DO NOT WANT THE ENDOCRINOLOGICAL MAKEUP THAT WOULD MAKE ME INCLINED TO PUT UP WITH RUSSELL CROWE'S BULLSHIT ONE SECOND LONGER THAN ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY AND DON'T EVEN GET ME STARTED ON NAPOLEON "WE HAVE TO GO TO WAR BC NAPOLEON MADE HIMSELF KING OF EUROPE" WELL WHY DID HE GO DO A RETARDED THING LIKE THAT. WHAT COULD HE POSSIBLY GAIN. NOT THAT I WANT WOMEN IN CHARGE. MY GOD. IT'S NOT THAT WE AREN'T CAPABLE IT'S JUST THAT WE HAVE A TENDENCY TO GET A LITTLE CREEPY BEING ONE HALF OF A MARRIED COUPLE AND HAVING GIVEN BIRTH TO SONS AND A DAUGHTER, I FEEL I AM CLOSER TO A NEUTRAL GENDER EXPERIENCE THAN I EVER HAVE BEEN BEFORE AND YOU KNOW WHAT. BOTH SIDES ARE RETARDED. THAT'S IT THATS THE SECRET IF YOU LET MEN DO THEIR THING TOO LONG YOU GET MONKEYPOX AND NAPOLEON. YOU LET WOMEN GO TOO LONG SOLO AND YOU GET THE FUCKING. WHAT WAS IT. SECULAR HIJABI COVID FRIENDLY BAR. PSYCHOLOGICAL TORTURE. AND NO SEX. IN THE LONG RUN. I'M TOLD.

scattered thoughts on slutcon the morning after 1. slutcon was extremely healing for me personally. there were several specific women i interacted with (flirtily but non-sexually) who together helped me forgive myself for something in my past involving a woman i loved that i haven't forgiven myself for in 8 years. i am more grateful than i can really express for this, and it might not be an exaggeration to call it life-changing 2. slutcon is a very wholesome event disguised somewhat as a degenerate event. nearly everyone in the discourse is way overupdating on a combination of the name and aella's reputation and vague rumors about CNC parties, plus some reports about last year (which i can't speak to as i wasn't there, but the first year of an event is always difficult, and afaik they took a lot of feedback and made a lot of changes for this year). slutcon is not a CNC party, it is not really a sex party, it is not about promiscuity, it was not filled with sex workers, the women did not have to be promiscuous or kinky or polyamorous or sexually available, women do not have to be any of those things to be in this community or adjacent communities. nearly all of you are projecting intensely based on almost zero information about the event itself 3a. the actual point of slutcon, as i see it, is to teach men that they are allowed to be attracted to women and to act on that attraction (with, of course, appropriate discernment), and to give them tools, ideas, encouragement, and a very unusually real and specifically designed context to practice doing this well, in a way that is delightful for both men and women 3b. this is a meaningful project. it is an attempt to fix the debilitating side effects of the last few decades of feminist discourse (and other major societal shifts, eg the rise of digital addiction) which have, frankly, castrated an entire generation of men. this has been extremely bad for people of all genders in ways that should be obvious to all of you. i view the undoing of this castration as one of the most important tasks facing us today, and it directly feeds into the project of enabling more wholesome loving marriages with children in the world, as well as other kinds of happy, satisfying relationship arrangements 3c. it is necessarily the case that encouraging men to flirt with women more will make more women uncomfortable (unless you are able to very significantly increase their skill level at the same time, which is hard). obviously there is much more that can be done that it would be good to do to ameliorate this, but at slutcon itself women were extremely empowered to say no to anything and to raise safety concerns with the staff, and as far as i know every woman i saw there felt very safe and capable of doing that. in the broader world, again, obviously there is much to be done, but if you aren't willing to make any tradeoffs wrt female discomfort you are moving towards a world in which flirting is illegal, which, i cannot stress this enough, is extremely bad for everyone 3d. lurking beneath this discourse is the specter of rape. this is much too large a subject to get into here, but i'll note that insofar as humanity in general and many women in particular have significant karma involving rape, there is meaningful work to do in confronting that karma, and kink and CNC specifically have something to do with this 4a. at the time that slutcon was named, the baleful eye of sauron had not concentrated itself on the rationalist and AI safety communities to anywhere near the degree that it has now. i see it as a kind of joke that went way further than it was supposed to. you should understand the organizers as, in a very fundamental way, dorks. if i were in charge i would rename it to flirtcon, which would be significantly more accurate 4b. there is a jewish idea of mar'it ayin, which (as i understand it) has to do with not only avoiding sin but also avoiding the appearance of sin, as in doing actions that are in fact fine but could be interpreted by an onlooker as sinful. the idea is that doing fake sin is confusing and might encourage others to sin. slutcon is arguably a violation of this principle, which is the strongest case i can make in favor of changing its name to flirtcon 5. the reason there is no "AI safety for people who are normal about sex" community is that people who are normal about sex did not spend the last 15 years working diligently to build one. i have no idea what to make of this. probably it's a deep hint about human nature as well as some sort of cosmic joke. we have an interesting opportunity here to reflect on how much the wheel of history has been turned by perverts in general

i feel extremely lied to abt doom the dark ages cuz this shit rocks—one of the most impressive games I've seen & nearly the most fun per second that I've had in a game. dlc goes ultra hard, the combat loop is divine & the environments are out of this world. blessed hyperstimulus.

kissing is wonderful. everything about it, in each form. a unique type of warmth. maybe because on surface it's so simple people tend to forget how sacred an intimacy it is

AI is amazing b/c it brings a functional P=NP to the masses. making art now but requires you can judge art. improving your life asks merely that you ask how to. discovering a mathematical counterexample is no harder than verifying one. will and outcome are unified at last.

Can you imagine that we just brought 8 families and their kids from 4 different countries together to a Spanish villa for a week and had a blast? We only knew each other from Twitter before. It was so much better than vacationing just with our kids. Nothing has ever kept my children entertained like a critical mass of other kids to swarm around with and do their kids stuff together. There's no playground, water park, toy, or TV show that could possibly compare to this. At TribeCamp we did not even have a playground, but it turned out not to be necessary. A swimming pool and other kids around was enough to keep everyone occupied most of the time, with the older ones leading the young. There were 13 kids, the youngest baby turned one on the last day, which we celebrated with baking cake and throwing a dance party. The oldest two were both 11. Toddlers played with their toy trucks right alongside the tweens painting their Warhammer figurines. Everyone looked up to the slightly older kids, and gently guided the slightly younger ones, teaching them whatever they were doing. My children are not yet fluent in English, and in the beginning navigating the social dynamics was a bit of a challenge. What helped them was going on day trips in smaller groups, and helping out babies and toddlers whose play is mostly nonverbal. With other moms we looked for things they could do together with everyone else, like going on a treasure hunt, or starting a pillow fight. Eventually my kids did become a part of the swarm, just before we had to wrap up and leave. Perhaps some bonding activities early on could have helped them fully belong to the group earlier. We all took turns in the kitchen, prepping food and cleaning up. It was more smooth than I expected, the hosts had prepared us some scalable and easy to follow recipes and skillfully stocked the pantry. Most of the time kids were not adventurous enough to try whatever we were eating and stuck with just plain pasta or rice with ketchup. Nobody seemed to be bothered much by this. Any nutrients that they were lacking, they probably made up for in milk. We ran out of our milk supply already on the second morning, and had to restock it several times through the week. Most other parents were my long time twitter mutuals, so I was not surprised that we had a lot in common. My husband, on the other hand, was somewhat surprised that he did. According to him, parents are much more grounded than the usual spiritual crowd that I tend to hang out with. Even when talking about AI and somewhat esoteric stuff, the conversations were much more rooted in reality. My favorite part of this trip were activities proposed and led by older kids. One of them suggested we tie dye some clothes together. Even though we did not manage to buy appropriate t-shirts on time, tie dye socks came out pretty interesting too. Another kid taught all of us adults how to draw and shade a dragon, which we've already practiced again back at home. It was so amazing to catch a glimpse of their world, what they were passionate about, and see what my kids might become in a few years from now. Before the camp began, I dreamed of leaving the property better than we found it, maybe building a treehouse somewhere so that future guests could use it. Near the end I was just hoping that we don't leave it much worse. Modeling clay and tie dye stains turned out to be quite difficult to remove from surfaces, and all the sidewalk chalk we bought got broken into a million pieces that we kept finding everywhere. I wish I were more skilled at giving children creative freedom while keeping their messes contained, because moving all of the dirty play outdoors does not seem to be nearly enough. Several people told me this week was the most relaxed they've been in years, with so many other children for their kids to play with, and so many other adults to lend a helping hand. Personally, I might have felt too responsible for how everything was going to fully relax. But I did have a fantastic time, and I'd love to do it again next year, ideally with some teenagers, young adults, and elders mixed in. Parenting young children is such a short stage in the life of a family. There is so much we could learn and benefit from all these other groups. Many thanks to everyone who made it possible, to @RichDecibels and @LombardoNati who trusted us with their home, to @marinwaves who managed the kitchen logistics, @grin_io who did the spreadsheet magic, and @babieswithb who could not be there with us but inspired us in so many ways on how we could make this experience better for the tiniest people. I hope there will be many more TribeCamps to come, on many different continents, so that all of us can hang out together and recharge and let our children run around freely and find new friends from all around the world.

aww, you guys. I actually got a couple of sales from this 🥰 way to make my day!
feeling shame, of all things, about the fact that my lovingly crafted book about manhood entirely failed to make a splash (save for one guy who donated $100—a real gift ❤️‍🔥) the OG's full month's work got lauded in 2022 but my 100 hours' reshaping it had little result however...

Oh nice. Definitely relates to what I mean when I talk about respecting distrust. If you can't promptly earn someone/something's trust, then necessarily you have something to learn from it—at least about the other, probably about yourself too! Or about how you're experienced.

...it's undeniably the case that those 100 hours taught me more about polishing a work, and were dramatically more enjoyable, than just about anything I've done since I will be glad if in the future I manage to better find the book's audience. but creating it was its own reward.
