Without Prejudice During my time online, I had never encountered any issues with any individual. I’ve met some awesome people who stand up for women’s rights and child safeguarding. People I would say have demonstrated integrity. However, it takes just one asshole. Sometimes online you might come in to contact with a person who has nefarious intentions. I’m now speaking from experience. I do not know the individual in any capacity personally or professionally. He has never met me, never seen me, is not related in any way whatsoever, and he lives in another state. He does not know anyone in my life. Within mere few months, it became necessary for me to issue a personal preliminary cease and desist – harassment, stalking, impersonation, and doxing. After which this man saw fit to drag me through court for 19 months on his bogus ‘direct applicant’ interim claim of alleged ‘family violence.’ During the process it was revealed he has an extensive criminal history involving harassment, stalking, impersonation and doxing, multiple IVOs against him, and includes an ongoing current alleged serious criminal offence against a female victim, which has proceeded through two magistrates courts and now sits in a higher trial court. This matter concerns only the individual and the alleged victim(s), not me. The conduct directed at me during this period involved violations of laws across jurisdiction, and egregious false allegations. In all, it was shocking, brazenly mendacious, malicious, and he had no merit or legitimate legal standing. Through the process of his burden of proof, the individual was put on notice three times. Following formal legal scrutiny, his ‘direct applicant’ claim was deemed as “frivolous, scandalous, vexatious in nature, an embarrassment to court, and an abuse of systems process.” The judge gave the individual two choices, another hearing for our Strike Out and cross examination of him, or withdraw his claim. The individual chose to Withdraw his claim.
