Of recent, I have noticed a lot of orwaari (noise, kelele), regarding the Sovereignty Bill. Which Sovereignty Bill is the rwaari about? The one I initiated in the Cabinet or another one? The Bill will stop FDIs (Foreign Direct Investments), support for religious bodies from abroad, Remittances from Ugandans working abroad, etc., etc. Really!! That is not the Bill I initiated.
Below is clarification on what I initiated.

In the new PAYE proposals let MPs be taxed too.
The tax that is really hurting people is PAYE because it is taken directly from their salaries. The money we pay on airtime, water, and other things is not felt as much by people. Now they want to raise PAYE to 40 percentโnearly half of a personโs salary would be taken. I believe both sides need to be clear from the start, not wait for confusion in the middle. Respect goes both ways.

What if @PoliceUg partnered with bigger property owners like @KiggunduHamis , Mr. Kirumira, Mr. Matovu and others in strategic locations, to relocate Kiosks into proper building space.
Owners could offer free or low-rent slots improving order. This worked in Kigali & Nairobi
