Just a reminder that asking people to introduce themselves, specifically by sharing about their employment and children --- puts people like me in an odd spot. I am not employed and have no children. 😐

Friends (and Romans and countrymen and women): My next book comes in February 2027, and I'm finalizing my spring speaking schedule. I have trips lined up that are quite far away (which is fun) but would also love to talk about this book closer to home! amazon.com/Literate-Soul-Tho…

John the Apostle loves to talk about doctrine not to prove that he is smart but to show that God is great.

Who can you "see"? Too many only see: the "in your face" people, those with outgoing personalities, the popular. But those on the sideline or those with unassuming personalities - can have valuable input and perspective too.

The reading comprehension of the SAT has now been reduced to tweet-size passages. I would have scored so much higher on the test if this was standard! Moral: do not compare 2026 SAT scores to those of Millennials+. You're kid's high score just became less impressive.
