AI is profoundly dispiriting if you are in school or especially at uni. You must continually find an answer to why you should bother, when it is abundantly clear that it is being rapidly rendered obsolete

Just saw Jacob Rees Mogg suggest that Burnham's comments on EU immigration amounted to a "racist immigration policy". You don't hate Tories enough.

Priti Patel was given a shadow great office of state after the Tories' defeat. That is not a party which understands the gravity of its actions, or is willing to repent for them

The Tories have no place in democratic politics. The scale of the immigration betrayal is such that nothing less than a total disavowal and banishment of the people responsible should permit the party to re-enter the arena.
I remain optimistic but the prospect of a Tory recovery is just so depressing, much more so than a 10-year Burnham reich. The media have so much to answer for.

The historical conditions that have given rise to Reform have not disappeared. We will bury you.
2026 - the year the ‘reform’ party disappeared into obscurity. It’s Kemi time!

This misunderstands the geographic fracturing of British politics since the 2024. Due to the catastrophic failures of the 2019-24 Tory governments over immigration the populist right are now a permanent feature of British politics based on geography, age & social class.
As I predicted, Reform couldn't professionalise, peaked too soon, and once it's polling 3rd for long enough, a lot of Conservative-Reform switchers are going to want to come back and back the stronger horse, leading to a death spiral for Reform.

Honestly, everyone who has encouraged “Young Bob” to persist in this behaviour should be ashamed. He’s a teenager who’s obviously several sandwiches short of a picnic. He should be painting Necrons in his bedroom and frotting himself to sleep on a futonari pillow, but instead, on a rare occasion when he isn’t getting the shit kicked out of him in the street, here he is admitting on camera—because he’s so dim—that he did indeed say what he’s alleged to have said. What a sad, sad pointless way to ruin your life.
Young Bob has been arrested. Apparently, he called someone the P-word, but he claims that someone asked him about it and he said it was acceptable to use it.

Replying to @FellaLeeds
There was NO way I was mirroring that shit, so with the broadest, loudest, Scottish accent you'll ever hear I told them I thought it was " fucking great, about time you elected a man of colour " The conversation came to an abrupt halt. I had their number from the get-go

The idea that there are educated people with high-paying jobs walking among us, and in droves, are willing to go “you know what, I’ll give the Tories another chance” is too depressing to even contemplate.
