This is cool and funny but im skeptical about the actual interpretation. You cant even clearly see the Clef, so not sure how they're establishing tonality
This isnt as concerning as the fact that Dems have no real plan. Its all just pure nativity. You cannot beat unlawful violence with lawful peace. If Dems cant accept that and prepare people for the need to use physical resistance to save the country then we're screwed.
I feel so bad for him 🙄
ICE Agent Gregory Morgan, Jr. seriously broke down on stand. Testified he wanted nothing to do w/ Surge assignment. Overcome with emotions reliving hostile environment he says he experienced, never having been called racial slurs, having his life threatened & doxxed before. @FOX9
ICE doesnt have to literally shut down all elections to steal the midterms. Tactics like pulling people out of line, violent arrests, shutting down specific polling with raids, etc. Enough to ensure (or try to ensure) dems cant win a majority in either chamber
So let me get this straight. The admin plans on sending ICE, secret police who have broken the law over 10k times now, to polling place, and the Dems plan to stop them by....suing in court? We're fucked.
Greatest thing the Senate could do this entire congress. These are genuinely excellent ideas
News: Sens. Daines (R) and Merkley (D) have a BIPARTISAN rules change proposal to make the Senate function better
- Get rid of archaic delays like the "intervening day"
- Suspension votes at 2/3 margin for popular bills
- Fast track to floor for bipartisan bills from committee and for bipartisan Appropriations bills
They need 2/3 of the Senate to support it and they want to do it this year. They've talked to Schumer, Thune and the White House
Daines: “More bills passed, more votes taken, less time wasted"
Merkley: “If we don’t solve this, eventually one team or the other is going to get rid of the filibuster"

NEW: Once exceptionally rare, illegal deportations — in defiance of court orders or due to ICE screw-ups — are now a routine part of President Trump's mass deportation push.

I was 6 years old when 9/11 happened. My mom picked me up from school and both my parents were glued to the living room couch horrified while my happy ass played Pokémon Crystal
I give him shit a lot but go read Jamie's stuff its really good
Surprise, surprise. The biggest story at the first night of the GOP midterm convention was about a Democrat - but it didn't produce the party switch that Republicans had been hoping for. More in today's "Regular Order" from Capitol Hill jamiedupree.substack.com/p/f…
No, youre not obligated to feel empathy towards those who not only do not feel any towards you, but would hurt you and the people/things that you love. Hitch said it best

The Trump admin is committed to bringing back jobs to America. They're going to hire people to build this monstrosity, and as bonus, we'll have to hire even more workers to bulldoze it in the next administration
We are pleased to announce that after a very long wait (over 125 years!), we are preparing to start, over the next two-week period, the excavation work necessary for the Great Triumphal Arch and Military Observation Deck, at Memorial Circle on Columbia Island between the Lincoln Memorial and Arlington National Cemetery. This will be one of the Great Pieces of American Architecture, honoring the history and significance of Arlington Cemetery and befitting the most powerful Capital in the World.
