I understand the concern. At a high level, we want to put updated modes directly in the player’s path. In the player’s library (the heart icon at the top), players can already see recently updated games from creators they follow. For other updated titles, we highlight them within existing rows rather than in a dedicated “Updated” row. We think players are more likely to engage with updates in rows they already visit than in a row of unrelated games. With these changes, updated titles actually get far more surface area across Discover. We started communicating this during Fest in the summer, and have since posted it in our EDC forum posts.

Starting October 15, we’ll begin rolling out a redesigned Discover that gives players more info about your game at a glance. This includes autoplay video, a cleaner logo treatment, new tile shapes, and more. You can upload new asset types in the Creator Portal, which are required to take advantage of the new rows and placements.
