je pense qu’on regarde encore beaucoup trop le CRO comme une succession d’A/B tests alors que le vrai sujet va être la mémoire
data → connaissance → mémoire → contexte → hypothèse → expérience → conversion → apprentissage → mémoire ↻
demain, Shopify + GA4 + Klaviyo + Meta + GSC + Gads + avis clients + support + comportement onsite pourront alimenter une couche de données normalisée, puis un RAG contenant la mémoire de toutes les expériences passées d’une marque
Quelle headline a fonctionné, pour quel segment, avec quelle source d’acquisition, quelle intention, quel produit, quelle saison, quel niveau de maturité…
le vrai compound effect n’est donc peut-être pas d’avoir une IA capable de produire 100 variantes d’une landing page et de faire des A/B tests à l'infini
c’est que chaque variante testée rende la prochaine décision meilleure
au bout d’un moment, tu ne construis plus vraiment un site
tu construis un système qui apprend à vendre
et je pense que la valeur va progressivement se déplacer de ce qu’on voit à l’écran vers toute l’intelligence invisible qui décide de ce qu’on doit y afficher. 🧠
