I audit smart contract mechanics. Most leverage products fail the first stress test: they apply a static multiplier to a dynamic environment.
They slap a flat 2x or 3x on everything, treating a highly volatile asset like Bitcoin the same as a stable blue-chip equity. That isn't risk management. It is negligence.
@2FactorFinance fixes this structural flaw on Base alongside Coinbase's tokenized stocks ecosystem. Instead of a one-size-fits-all label, it uses Kelly-optimization to derive the exact leverage an asset can safely carry. For instance, Bitcoin at roughly 60% annualized volatility gets a measured ~1.33x, while calmer assets receive a wider band, all without the liquidation risk of traditional short-funded leverage.
The exposure splits into a protected senior side and a leveraged junior side. The junior pays a premium for that safety, and the senior earns that stability.
I joined Season One to track this architecture. Marks come strictly from verified social activity, education, and referrals. Deposits and passive holding move the needle zero percent. At the freeze, the top ten split a 1 BTC pool in cbBTC. Marks hold no cash value, are non-transferable, and grant no future token claim.
If you join through my link and qualify, I may earn Marks. I state that upfront.
If you were stress-testing this model, which asset's volatility profile would you analyze first: BTC, gold, or tokenized stocks? Reply with one word. I read every answer.

This leaderboard refuses your money. Whether it can refuse your reach is the open question.
@2FactorFinance's Points Program bans the obvious currencies. No purchase, deposit or holding earns Marks. Only verified actions count: social activity, education and referrals. When Season 1 freezes at launch, the top 10 split 1 BTC, paid in cbBTC. That makes it the rare leaderboard you cannot buy your way onto.
Whales are locked out. Audiences are not. A verified action from a large account reaches further than the same action from a small one, and the program measures the action, not its reach. The money problem is solved. The megaphone problem sits one layer down, unmeasured.
The product underneath is worth understanding before you compete to explain it. The public beta is live on Base, built with Coinbase's tokenized stocks ecosystem: Kelly-optimized leverage, sizing derived from each asset's drift and volatility, exposure split into a protected side and a leveraged side with no liquidation line and no external hedging counterparty. First Bitcoin, then stocks.
I joined Season 1 with this question in hand. Marks have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are not a claim on any token or asset. The link below is mine. If you qualify through it, I may earn Marks. points.2factor.finance/r/81qโฆ

Imagine taking your baby to the Ellen show because his hair had gone viral with over 50 million views
It all started when a mother shared photos of her sonโs unusually thick hair on Facebook while people kept insisting it would eventually fall out. But instead of falling out his hair continued to grow until he became an internet sensation
Taking care of those incredible locks is no easy task. His grooming routine includes tear free shampoo leave in conditioner and even a blow dryer because ordinary baby brushes simply cannot handle his hair. His mother has even joked about getting the little oneโs famous mane insured
When the family revealed plans to dress him as a member of the rock band Kiss for Halloween Ellen decided to make the occasion even more special. She surprised them with a custom made rockstar outfit designed to match the babyโs iconic gravity defying hairstyle
It was one of those unforgettable television moments where an unusual viral sensation turned into a heartwarming family experience

The CZ and Elon backlash put Binance back in the spotlight, but the recent security breach raises bigger questions.
Binance's initial investigation points to a compromised DevOps laptop, with estimated losses of $6.3B the exchange says SAFU and company funds will cover user losses.
A security breach is serious, but it doesn't automatically mean insolvency binance has survived tough market conditions before so this isn't the right time to toll on the biggest exchange in the world.

Most points programs still measure noise. Zeru is trying to measure actual contribution.
I spent some time looking at how @zerufinance is approaching this. zScore is the behavioral reputation layer (0โ1000) built from real onchain history trading, LP, staking, governance across 320M+ wallets, and itโs already live on Etherscan. Zaps sits on top of that and tracks protocol specific economic contribution, filtering for quality instead of raw volume. Wash trades and sybil patterns are designed to score near zero.
Whatโs interesting is the multiplier system. Your Zaps balance on zaps.wtf can give up to a 3x boost on contribution score, and it scales relative to everyone else. Simply signing up gives a 10% boost, but connecting wallets with real trading history and participating in their campaigns/activity markets compounds it further. Referrals give you 10% of the Zaps the people you invite earn. Those same Zaps are also expected to count toward a future Zeru airdrop.
The contribution scoring itself is intentionally capped roughly one meaningful post per day (best one counts if you post more), up to 7 per week. It looks at content quality, engagement quality, and authenticity. Posts that just mention several projects to farm multiple leaderboards get heavily downweighted. It has to be actual Zeru-related substance.
They also require matching identifiers (X account or wallets) connected on both Zeru and Nucleus so the Zaps multiplier can actually be applied.
Itโs one of the cleaner attempts Iโve seen at separating real activity from manufactured farming. Whether the execution holds up long term is still the open question, but the design is clearer than most. @NucleusCodes

For a year, I opened one cell in a spreadsheet every morning. It showed how far my leveraged position sat from liquidation.
I never lost the position. I lost the mornings.
A position that can be liquidated has to be watched. Nobody prices that in.
@2FactorFinance is on Base and works with Coinbase to bring Kelly-optimized leverage onchain. Coinbase's tokenized stocks ecosystem is a natural use case. The junior side has no liquidation risk and no outside hedging counterparty. There is no liquidation level to watch.
The position can still lose value. It moves with the asset.
The multiple is not picked from a menu. It comes from the asset's own volatility and drift. Bitcoin, with volatility near 60 percent, lands around 1.33x. The research puts the S&P 500 near 2.1x. Bitcoin is the hardest case, so it is the first place to prove the mechanism.
I joined the Points Program to follow it. Season 1 rewards verified social activity, education and referrals. Buying, depositing or holding earns no Marks. Marks have no cash value, cannot be transferred and are not a claim on any token or asset.
When Season 1 ends at launch and the leaderboard freezes, the top 10 split 1 BTC, paid in cbBTC.

Bitcoin is a brutal place to test leverage meant to last for years.
@2FactorFinance chose it first.
Hereโs why that matters.
At roughly 60% volatility in 2Factorโs research, even being right about Bitcoinโs long-term direction may not be enough. Price swings create volatility drag, while financing adds a separate cost.
Higher leverage can make both problems worse.
2Factorโs public beta is now live on Base, bringing Kelly-optimized leverage onchain.
Its Bitcoin target is approximately 1.33x, calculated using the assetโs volatility and long-run drift.
But sizing is only half the design.
2Factor divides exposure into two tranches. Senior capital finances the leveraged junior position. Junior holders pay for that financing and absorb losses first.
Thereโs no margin-liquidation trigger for the junior, but its value can still fall significantly.
Bitcoin is the difficult starting point, not the destination.
Working with Coinbase, 2Factor plans to extend this structure into the tokenized stocks ecosystem on Base, where different assets may support different leverage levels.
Now, my experience with the project is a little different.
I originally joined its Points Program to climb the leaderboard. I stepped away when I realized only the top 10 would share the prize, with referrals also playing a role in the competition.
Rally brought the project back onto my radar.
Season 1 rewards verified social activities, education and referrals with Marks. Purchases, deposits and holdings earn none.
When the leaderboard freezes at launch, the top 10 split 1 BTC, paid in cbBTC.
Marks have no cash value, cannot be transferred and arenโt claims on any token or asset.

AI is no longer just answering questionsโit's taking action. Trust is built on verifiable proof.
@Actum_system establishes a Behavioral Trust Layer for AI with four immutable pillars:
1.Authorization : Clearly defines what the agent is permitted to do.
2.Behavior : Tracks the step-by-step actions taken by the AI.
3.Evidence : Produces a detailed, tamper-proof record of the process.
4.Compliance : Confirms adherence to rules and standards.
The future belongs to agents that can explain their actions.

Agents no longer just answer questions. They have started to act.
They read data, call tools, change records, publish content, and move funds. And when something goes wrong, the first question is no longer โWhat did the AI say?โ
It is: Who authorized this, what did it actually do, and can any of it be proven?
So merely saving the final output is not governance. The output is only the ending. The trust problem lives in the chain behind it.
Recently, discussions about who is responsible when AI goes wrong have only grown louder, and the focus is quietly shifting: no longer just whether the final document was correct, but back to the specific scenario โ how much autonomy the agent had at the time, whether the risk was foreseeable, whether control was real, and whether the process can actually be reconstructed.
Actum breaks this test into four chains. They are not four separate ledgers, but four questions about the same action:
๐๐ก๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ญ๐ก๐จ๐ซ๐ข๐ณ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐๐ก๐๐ข๐ง: ๐๐ก๐๐ญ ๐ฐ๐๐ฌ ๐ข๐ญ ๐๐ฅ๐ฅ๐จ๐ฐ๐๐ ๐ญ๐จ ๐๐จ?
Who proposed the task, who approved it, who maintains the rules, what data could it read, what tools could it call, could it publish directly, when did temporary permission expire, and who could stop it in an emergency? A verbal instruction is not a boundary. A checkable permission is.
Three things that are often blurred together must be kept apart: what the model suggested, what a human decided, and what the system actually executed. Retrieval, generation, tool calls, human edits, retries, and the final action all matter, because two outputs that look exactly the same can have completely different histories. One was checked against the latest price list before it was sent. The other was sent automatically from an expired cache. The files are identical. The accountability is not.
A hash can only tell you whether data has been changed. It cannot prove that the data was true before it was recorded. Real evidence links together the original logs, the model, plugin, and knowledge-base versions in use at the time, the approval record, the API responses, and the alert history. Where a record is missing, that gap must be marked honestly, not quietly filled in by reasoning backwards from todayโs configuration.
Recording everything, forever, creates a second problem. Customer data, access tokens, cookies, and intermediate results should not be written indiscriminately into ordinary logs. The evidence itself needs rules: which fields are kept, who can access them, how long they are retained, and when they are deleted.
The authorization chain sets the boundary, the behavior chain tells the story, the evidence chain makes it verifiable, and the compliance chain guards the bottom line.
This is exactly what Actum is building: a Behavioral Trust Layer for AI, where human behavior is verifiable and records are immutable. Not merely proof that an agent was once granted authorization, but proof of what it did, step by step, after it received that authorization.
Trust in the next stage of AI will not belong to the agent that sounds the most confident.

Picking a collaborator from a profile feels like hiring from a rรฉsumรฉ. Useful start, but definitely not the whole interview.
A wallet can show past activity. A post can show how someone explains a project. Neither alone tells you how theyโll work with your team.
Nucleus combines on-chain activity and verified social footprints across Profile, Contribution, and Reputation views. Each offers a different clue.
Need someone to test a product? Explain a mechanic? Reach a niche community? The right fit depends on the task, not just a number beside a name.
Thatโs practical. It gives a founder a place to start checking, instead of relying only on follower counts or a polished bio.
Still, a profile canโt replace a conversation. Ask for one concrete example, then see whether the personโs explanation matches the trail.
Thatโs what Iโm exploring with @NucleusCodes: a clearer first look before an opportunity begins, without pretending a score can make the decision for you.

Today is the last day of Axis Epoch 2 on Kaito.
Iโve enjoyed writing about @axisrobotics this round, but thereโs another Axis deadline today thatโs worth knowing about too.
The 12:00 UTC snapshot is for trajectory contributions.
If youโve completed trajectories, make sure theyโre signed before the snapshot. Axis says signed contributions recorded before then count toward the Pre-TGE contributor reward pool.
So there are basically two things Iโm checking today:
Finish the Kaito Epoch strong.
And if youโve contributed trajectories, donโt leave them sitting unsigned.
Different programs, same deadline.

The public beta brings Kelly-optimized leverage on-chain, beginning with cbBTC. @2FactorFinance works with Coinbase to extend the same approach toward its tokenized stocks ecosystem.
The structure separates an assetโs volatility into two perpetual tranches: a senior side with deep downside protection, and a junior side carrying leveraged exposure without a liquidation clause or external hedging counterparty.
Sizing follows the asset. Bitcoinโs volatility near 60 percent puts the junior target around 1.33x; lower-volatility equities can support a wider range. Bitcoin is where the mechanism is being proven first; tokenized equities are the next use case.

The number that stuck with me from the film wasnโt 30 years or 75 years. It was 14.
Lee Castletonโs branch was short by about 23,000 pounds according to a computer. He didnโt take the money. He couldnโt afford a lawyer so he fought it himself. The court made him pay 321,000 pounds in legal costs. Thatโs fourteen times the amount they were arguing about. He went bankrupt. Later it turned out the system was giving false numbers the whole time.
Nobody had to be corrupt for this to happen. The cost of being right was just higher than most people can handle.
Now think about AI agents making millions of small deals. Most of those disagreements will also be based on machine records. If it still costs more to prove youโre right than the deal is worth, the honest side will keep losing by default.
Thatโs why I keep looking at what @GenLayer is trying to do. Independent validators checking the same evidence and deciding in minutes changes the whole cost structure.

One thing Iโd love to see more of in crypto is better privacy without losing the ability to prove whatโs true.
Imagine using a financial service on a blockchain without showing everyone your financial activity, while still being able to prove the details that actually matter.
I think this could be especially useful for businesses and financial institutions. They need to protect sensitive information, but they also need ways to check that important claims are valid.
Thatโs what makes @primus_labs interesting to me. Cryptographic proofs can help verify information without requiring all the underlying data to be exposed.
If this approach develops well, it could help more businesses feel comfortable using onchain finance without putting all their financial information on display.
For me, thatโs a future worth building toward.

I always laugh when builders ask language models to count things and the models fail with total confidence.
Language models guess the answer.
Ask one how many times the letter r appears in the word strawberry and it will give you the wrong number while sounding completely sure of itself.
@GenLayer approaches this differently because the network lets smart contracts write and execute tiny programs on the spot.
When a contract needs an exact answer, it does not hallucinate.
It writes the code, runs it, and uses the actual result.
The hard part about building agent economies is not making models talk to each other.
It is making them do exact math without guessing.
What is the one manual verification step in your current workflow that an intelligent contract could automate by writing its own script?
