Too many parents have their kids around and under coaches that lack morale and integrity. Winning at all cost will cost you more than ever in the long run.

2027 5-2 PG @EllaCasing01 (@SHSLadyHoops) has provided a spark offensively. Getting to the basket while being the smallest player on the floor. Dropping in floaters and scoring with both hands. Has hit a three also.

The biggest mistake I see is when HS starts a lot of training stops.
I definitely get it because schedules are crazy. But you have a small window that’s closing. If anything you should be training more and being more consistent.
Beyond proud of you!

Being competitive is only possible when certain intangibles become engrained in the player, team, & identity of the program. Effective communication & accountability, are two of our top intangibles that are highlight day in and day out. They know it’s never personal.
