Each Agent would have 10 upgrade levels, starting at around 3% resource extraction and scaling up to a maximum of 10% at full level. Players would also be limited to 8 Agents. That cap is worth noting. It introduces a ceiling on how much extraction capacity one holder could control, rather than allowing upgrades to scale without limit. The wider design connects 3,333 fixed Land parcels, six resource themes, rarity - based weights, and specialised Agents. TERA has also proposed cooperative crew heists for its eight ultra - rare Singularity Lands, with different roles for players to coordinate. For now, the city is playable, but the Agent auction, land - based extraction, treasury, and payout system remain planned features. Nothing here should be read as a live earning opportunity. The idea is ambitious: combine virtual property with resource management and team - based gameplay. The real test will be how these systems work once implemented.
