Please help our friend Hive and her husband. Thank you for your service 🫡
I created thid for my hardworking husband. ❤️
He’s spent his life working hard, serving his country, and providing for our family. We’ve made sacrifices and faced hardships, and now we’re trying to get back on our feet.
I’m not asking anyone for anything they can’t afford. This is simply a way to help my husband take a little weight off his shoulders while we get through this chapter of our lives.
Only if you want to help. No pressure, ever.
And I will show receipts of where its all going if you all want.

Jennifer Coffindaffer has HIDDEN a these comments on her post.
Andrew Christiansen's farewell to his Tucson station (Link 2).
Just a nice local reporter who some want to accuse of kidnapping and murder...

Yesterday I did a stream showing how ridiculous these allegations are. Coffindaffer should stop spreading this potentially defamatory rubbish.

This lawyer wants YouTube creators to take videos down and apologise. No she demands it. But doesn’t that force the creators to admit wrongdoing? They need to seek counsel asap.
Today on our live we got @rickvaz’s new channel from 39 subs to over 200 in just minutes!! It was awesome 🤩 what an amazing community 🩷 Sub up if you haven’t yet!!

I believe he is aware of all of this. This isn’t about the law, it’s about revenge. His history of vexatious lawsuits precedes him. Hence why I am protecting my work from his malicious use of the @YouTube copyright reporting system. @TeamYouTube has already demonetised his YouTube channel. The false reporting and brigading must stop.

This is a long one. Get some popcorn… 🍿
I love ChatGPT and Grok! 😂 It’s especially amazing when someone uses AI to research a topic and suddenly becomes a “legal expert.” Guess what? Shazam - now I’m a “legal expert” just like you. My AI paralegals helped me write this. I’m giving them raises in bitcoin. 😉
Let’s begin… “JLR©” - you love lecturing everyone about copyright law and threatening legal action. Maybe it’s time to brush up on fair use yourself.
Did you know that cute little © next to your name doesn’t give you copyright protection over the initials JLR? Names and short phrases aren’t protected by copyright under 37 C.F.R. § 202.1(a). Adding a symbol doesn’t change that.
Now here’s the bigger point: owning a video doesn’t give you unlimited control over how other people use it.
Under 17 U.S.C. § 107, criticism and commentary are expressly recognized as purposes that may qualify as fair use. That means creators may be allowed to use portions of your content without your permission to discuss what you said or challenge your claims.
Sometimes viewers need to see the actual clip to understand the criticism. Showing the statement being discussed lets people hear it for themselves and evaluate the response.
That’s why I support creators who use others’ content for meaningful criticism and commentary. Using someone’s clip to examine their statements can serve a different purpose from the original video. Fair use makes room for that.
Does every reaction video automatically qualify? No. Courts weigh four factors and the circumstances matter. But “that’s my content” doesn’t settle the question either. Neither does “I didn’t give permission.” Fair use can apply without the copyright owner’s permission. That’s the point.
You can disagree with someone’s commentary. You can dislike their conclusions. Neither one automatically makes their use of your content copyright infringement.
And isn’t using other people’s content to discuss and criticize them something you and your peanut gallery also do? The same fair- use framework applies when other creators examine yours.
Fair use works both ways. Wild concept.
Copyright ownership shouldn’t be treated as a veto over criticism. Creators with a valid fair- use argument deserve support even when the person they’re criticizing would prefer they stay quiet.
Maybe spend less time playing investigator and legal expert and more time reading the statutes you love throwing around.
I hope you’re having fun on Kick… Do you miss YouTube?
I have a dream: a YouTube community where victims and their families, like the Guthrie family, are treated with dignity. I support creators who speak up about coverage they believe crosses the line and use relevant clips to explain why.

Oh wait… “JLR©” - maybe that C stands for “convi……” Ok, I stopped myself. That wasn’t nice.
Mort Demonetised!! Will he need a goMortme?? Pray for him and his family 🙏 (us)
Lol the photo on the wall 🐗
