You keep hiding behind the fact that the charge was amended, but let’s be clear: an amended charge doesn’t mean the case disappeared or that you walked away without a finding of guilt. The court record shows an adjudication of guilt on the amended disorderly conduct charge.
And Florida Statute 877.03 specifically includes “brawling or fighting.” What the fuck do you think those words mean? They describe conduct that goes beyond simply having a disagreement or exchanging words.
Now, the statute lists multiple forms of disorderly conduct, so the amended charge alone doesn’t prove which specific conduct was the basis of your case. But claiming that “it’s an offense against the state” somehow means no individual could have been involved is a ridiculous deflection. Who prosecutes the offense doesn’t erase the possibility of a person being affected by what happened.
You weren’t adjudicated guilty of the original battery chargebut the record does show you were adjudicated guilty of the amended offense. Stop acting like an amended charge means the entire situation magically never happened.

JLR is a liar and continues to lie.
Charges weren't dropped, he plead guilty "in absentia" and the court adjudicated it to a lesser charge then the original battery charge.
He then pretended to have been in court as he rushed out to his car and started streaming, knowing he had to get his lies out before the docket showed what actually happened.
And the JLR harlots does his bidding, continues his lies, even after the court documents shows he was lying all along.

Before you attack Jamie Phillips, maybe learn what Project Veritas actually did. 💀 Project Veritas was known for undercover sting operations using aliases, fabricated backstories, and hidden cameras to try to expose media bias and catch journalists publishing unverified information. Yes, the tactics sound harsh and extreme but that was the point of the operation.
In this case, Jamie, also known as Jaime Taylor, approached The Washington Post with a false story claiming Roy Moore impregnated her when she was 15 and that she had an abortion. The Post investigated, uncovered inconsistencies, and refused to publish it. Which is a good thing.
She was not criminally charged over this incident because again thats what project Veritas was, seeing if news oulets would post things even crazy things without verifying. You can criticize the operation, but stop twisting the facts to make it sound like something it wasn't. Do your homework before embarrassing yourselves in the comments.
