21 stud @F3Torch PAX showed that Thursday is just another day to get better. Wall work, hand release burpee broad jump/bear crawl DORA, sprints, and the introduction (and likely retirement) of 'The Brutal Sphincter'. Pain don't hurt. @F3Birmingham #F3Counts
