Panel C: The decrease in phosphorylation of tyrosine hydroxylase (p-TH) at serine 40, which suggests a reduction in hypoxia-stimulated activity. Panel D: A model for belzutifan action in catecholamine-induced hypertension, in which inhibition of HIF-2α–HIF-1β dimerization results in reduced expression of tyrosine hydroxylase.
