No manager is going to stay for 10 years But that does not mean we should not have long term goals That is the importance of INEOS consistency in recruitment and appointment The club sets the pace not any manager We must demand more from INEOS Hold them to a higher standard

"Nothing will change" That's because y'all view each manager to come in as some kind of saviour The manager is just a small part of the clubs success There is no one manager that will bring back our "glory days" The club must be able to progress regardless of the manager

United fans obsession with transfers is a deep rooted brainwashing implemented by United authorities to misdirect the source of United being poor for years being solely down to the players at their disposal and not systematic mismanagement on their part Shiny new toy syndrome...

Really reductive mentality As fans we think the solution is selling the players as if we haven't spend 600mil in the last few years The problem is deeper than that Shiny new toy syndrome holds us back from demanding real change teapawt.net/FOBSVR/status/18654615…
First half tidy Same story, Amorim wants a very slow build up. The goal came from the patient build up Problem is we keep most of our possession in areas that don't hurt teams Ultimately slower tempo allows opposition to grow into games and can hurt us unexpectedly

Exactly Too many of Utd fans see that and envy the players or the manager but don't understand the system instilled that has them successful in the first place We could put Hurzeler here or any Brighton player and they won't be as successful because the structure is different

Since Michael Carrick took charge at Manchester United, Bruno Fernandes accounts for: 🅰️ 46.7% of all assists (14/30) 🎯 31.1% of all chances created (96/309) Nearly 3x more chances created than any teammate (Mbeumo, 34). 😳

But thats exactly why standards have fallen We hide behind our big club status built on those that came before We've not won a PL in 13 YEARS We spend more time trying to get back to those glory days rather than building a modern day dynasty The present is leaving us behind

I never get to talk about this outside of work! I actually agree that the game creates the numbers, not the other way around. Where I think we differ is epistemologically. Let me explain.

Exactly Conte is a PERSONALITY Conflict will be unavoidable This is the improvement of the floor Im talking about though He'll definitely drag it upwards He's a winner and will demand that mentality But there's a limit to as how far that can go... teapawt.net/TouchlineX/status/2112…
🚨🗣️ 𝗡𝗘𝗪: Ashley Young believes Antonio Conte would be a DISASTER at Manchester United! 😳 🗣️ "If they're not going to run and Antonio Conte goes in there, it's going to be a disaster, I think." 🗣️ "You're gonna run a lot, you'll be fitter than you've ever been." 🗣️ "The training sessions were a lot of 11 v 11, at times a little bit boring." 🗣️ "Meetings were long. When I say long, I'm talking, if we lost the game, we could go in and do the meeting after the game and it'd stop literally everything." 🗣️ "And you could be in there for three, four hours." 🗣️ "He tries to test mentally – but the board as well, and the owners, and I think that people get annoyed with him."

🚨 Lisandro Martínez statement. ⤵️ Following everything that has been said about my comments yesterday, I want to share some thoughts on what I said and how I feel. After the match, I spoke out of anger and frustration at not getting the result we all wanted. Those who know me know how I live football, with passion, commitment and a huge desire to win. And when things don’t go our way, it hurts, especially when representing a club with the history and stature of Manchester United. My words reflect how I feel and how much I want to see this club competing for the biggest honours. Those high standards are part of how I see football and the responsibility that comes with wearing this shirt. When I talk about wanting more, I’m talking about the ambition we must all have as part of this club. To keep growing, to become stronger and to have everything we need to compete at the highest level. These are standards we must all hold ourselves to, starting with me. I know that, first and foremost, it’s us, the players, who have to deliver, and I put myself at the front of that responsibility. We need to demand even more of ourselves and work together to take Manchester United back to the top. I believe in my teammates, our manager and everyone working to help this club move forward. I’m convinced that the way forward is to keep working together, with ambition and commitment. My goal has been the same since day one, to win, to compete at the highest level and to give everything I have for this badge.

Portugal boss Jorge Jesus has doubled down on the Cristiano Ronaldo situation 😳: 🗣️ "I can promise whatever I want. I'm the coach, right? I'm the coach who told the player, 'You weren't going to play. I'll put you on the bench. If I need you for 30 minutes, then you'll play. If I don't need you, then you won't play' Cristiano isn't going to, and no player will ever change my ideas as a coach. Never. Right? Not him, not anyone in football. Not him. Not anyone. Not any president. Never. Zero."

New players 🤝 underperformance In the Premier League this season, the teams who have more new players have started off worse than the teams who have favoured continuity.

This sequence 🤦🏾‍♂️ Problem with M2m is your shape being pulled by movement 1. Here we can see our 4-3-3 defensive shape, Mbeumo drops but Rashford doesn't leaving Shaw in a 2v1 backpost AND once again the space behind Shaw opens up like against Everton teapawt.net/Silvakn0ws/status/2103…
how many errors can you spot in this sequence? and which of our players made them?

Richard Arnold publically came out and said how the online boycotts on sponsors were hurting the club. With enough unity, we can all make an impact. Today we're focusing on #MUFC's FOS sponsor @Snapdragon. We'll explain how you can be involved below #BoycottUnited #SaveOurUnited
