Why do people keep confusing Yashar with Yesh Atid? Yeah Atid is not running. Beyachad is.
Also what's with confusing Eisenkot with Gantz? Gantz dropped eight days ago. The man never had good judgment. Got played by Bibi more than once.
But their support seems rock hard. That should worry anybody who has seen Netanyahu rise and grow in 1990s. The message of division still resonates.
Here is good news from these Israeli exit polls: In almost no scenario -- minority Eizenkot government, unity government with Likud (possible, but still unlikely in my eyes if Bibi leads Likud) -- will Ben Gvir and Smotrich continue to have the influence they currently enjoy. Likely out of the cabinet altogether, which is clearly the preference of the majority of the Israeli electorate. Ensuring that is the case is an important incentive to the opposition bloc to avoid going to new elections, which would extend the damaging tenure of these extremist ministers.

Word of caution. I don't think the exit polls are indicating the correct outcome. I believe 1-2 borderline parties will cross threshold changing the seat distribution. My best bet? Far harder for Bibi to form a coalition and bit easier for Eisenkot. Yes, Ra'am will get buy-in.

BREAKING: The UK has just issued security alerts for Israel, Iran, Pakistan, Turkey, Egypt, Iraq, UAE, Qatar, Jordan, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Syria, Yemen and Palestine, warning all British nationals of sudden incoming escalation causing severe flight cancellations, airspace closures and travel disruptions.
"The context in the Middle East remains deeply unpredictable and the risk of sudden escalation is high," the new warning says.
It now covers British nationals planning to transit the region rather than only those already there, and drops all qualifiers on airspace closures and travel disruptions, which are no longer described as potential.
US embassies across the region ordered departures last week.

I have checked highest turnout is not in Arab areas but in Haredi communities. All this talk about Arab surge is a scare tactic. And no Liberman's part won't fall below the threshold even though he may have to reconsider the Arab outside help.
I would say even if Eisenkot's platform were identical to Bibi's the fact that he was not corrupt was enough. For Bibi to stay in power and out of prison the top court will have to lose any semblance of independence. And Knesset & AG too. And forever wars will have to continue.

Israel's Central Elections Committee announced hours ago that, due to the unusually high voter turnout, anyone in line at polling places at 10 PM will be permitted to vote.
The effort by the Netanyahu-led coalition to demand that polling places remain open later appears to be the opening salvo in an attempt to undermine the integrity of the election and cast doubt on its results – a clear indication that the coalition is deeply concerned.
