The Liberals called it "a huge difference in the lives of thousands of families."
The rents just dropped:

He then won the election after having little chance.
Then he made deals to steal a majority.
His biggest accomplishment is enriching his own portfolio.
You are the only nation in the g20 having a recession.
They've shut down debate and are just ramming through bills to become law and entrap you in a digital prison.

Carney is bailing out condo developers.
He did it in Ontario.
He’s now doing it in BC.
I remember this article last year, where the billionaire “condo king” in BC literally said:
“I’m working with Carney – surprise – and I’m trying to get a rental program in where people can buy, put it into a 25-year pool, get a preferred rate from CMHC and let’s allow foreign buyers to buy it”
While this is not the exact plan implemented today, it shows that the wealthiest are working directly with Carney, not his office and not his Ministers, to get a bail out.
The end goal is complete: Carney bailed them out.
But when YOU lose YOUR job, and you lose your condo, because the PM wasn’t able to negotiate a deal with Trump like he campaigned on, there’s no bail out for you.
You lose it all.
But you just paid, with your taxes, to bail out a billionaire.
People don’t realize, this is what Carney has done his whole adult life, including at Goldman Sachs; serve the elites.
It’s right in our face & Carney doesn’t even pretend to hide it anymore.

History's first trillionaire is a guy who catches rockets out of the sky with chopsticks and beams internet to every dead zone on the planet.
Same guy ships cars that drive themselves, humanoid robots for the factory floor, brain chips that let paralyzed people move a cursor with pure thought, and an AI running on a supercomputer his team stood up in months instead of years.
And the people crashing out about his net worth are doing it on the app he owns. The same app governments spent years trying to censor.
You cannot legislate a rocket into orbit.

The jailbreak that got Fable 5 pulled, by Anthropic's own account, is asking it to read a codebase and fix the flaws. The same thing every defender does daily and other models already do. I've found bugs by hand for twenty years and nobody called it a national security threat.

Tesla isn't currently growing as it's P/E suggests, because it has been working on the launch of 2 revenue streams (now 3) that are magnitudes larger than its current TAM:
1. Robotaxi
2. Humanoid Robots
3. Space AI (chips and solar).
It's P/E reflects a venture bet on three future , currently non-existing cash flow streams that are each vastly larger than the entire auto-industry.
The art of valuing Tesla is to predict the future of these cash flow streams on a quantified timeline and being right about that timeline.

Given that several companies make advanced chips, but no companies have ever made fully reusable rockets or achieved SpaceX scale, I think Starship is harder, but we shall see.
Terafab will technically be two fabs, each making only one chip design. This greatly simplifies process flow and allows more linear, adjacent movement of the FOUP.
A super high production rate allows us to test very quickly what steps can be deleted, simplified or sped up, even after the design is fixed. Current fabs are extremely conservative, operating on rigid historical heuristics, which are mostly, but not all, correct.
Anything that is a rate limiter at the machine level means that machine will be redesigned, unless already at limit of physics.
Having new iterations of a chip design be produced every day in the research fab (with <7 day lag) means being able to try out many high risk, high return ideas.

In any event, there is no other way to reach extreme scale, so either we make Terafab or we will be stuck at the ~20% chip/memory output growth per year of the current industry.

Macrohard or Digital Optimus is a joint xAI-Tesla project, coming as part of Tesla’s investment agreement with xAI.
Grok is the master conductor/navigator with deep understanding of the world to direct digital Optimus, which is processing and actioning the past 5 secs of real-time computer screen video and keyboard/mouse actions. Grok is like a much more advanced and sophisticated version of turn-by-turn navigation software.
You can think of it as Digital Optimus AI being System 1 (instinctive part of the mind) and Grok being System 2. (thinking part of the mind).
This will run very competitively on the super low cost Tesla AI4 ($650) paired with relatively frugal use of the much more expensive xAI Nvidia hardware. And it will be the only real-time smart AI system. This is a big deal.
In principle, it is capable of emulating the function of entire companies. That is why the program is called MACROHARD, a funny reference to Microsoft.
No other company can yet do this.

Not to play Monday morning quarterback here (well...Sunday night quarterback, I guess), but when you see a wave of smaller FinX accounts go from a few thousand followers to tens of thousands in a matter of months, all championing the exact same basket of retail favorites (i.e. $IREN, $HIMS, $ONDS, etc.) every single day, you should probably take notice.
Especially when those same tickers are in their bios, pinned tweets, and daily threads, even as every one of them is getting absolutely obliterated YTD and even worse over the past few months.
I’m just saying…it’s not exactly shocking the market is getting wrecked right now.
You can’t have a swarm of consensus newbie FinX accounts all echoing the same 10–20 stocks...stocks that already ran 1,000%+ in 2025...and expect that to end well. When the crowd shows up after the move and starts marketing the trade to each other, the clock is usually already ticking.
Frankly, if you were looking for topping signals, FinX has been serving them up on a silver platter lately.

Earlier this week, @infleqtion $INFQ opened up their campuses in Boulder, CO to share a deeper look at their technology and manufacturing process.
It was a real privilege to walk around both of their campuses and learn about the technology. Their openness, transparency and willingness to share really earned my trust as a shareholder and tech enthusiast.
With their many product lines including quantum computing, quantum sensing quantum clocks, quantum in space and more, it really seems like this company is taking an approach similar to @nvidia in building the full stack with a commercial-first approach.
At no point on the tour did I feel like I was walking around a “startup” - rather it felt like a mature and growing company with a meticulous manufacturing process, detailed and deeply engaged workforce, and a promising set of technology that is already changing the global landscape of quantum technology.
Infleqtion might be the most undervalued and misunderstood quantum name in the markets. I hope you enjoy this site tour and learn as much as I did!
